Very knowledgeable, amazing results. I've had shoulder pain for a long time. After a month of training with Ryan, I have no pain in my shoulder whatsoever. Now I can focus on building again.

Working with Ryan was been awesome. I've enjoyed learning about all the different muscle groups that are used during workouts and the importance of varying your workouts to target different areas. He's very knowledge and is passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals. What I like about Ryan is the fact he is very knowledgeable. It is clearly to me his deep understanding of how our body works provide us the advantage to customize our physical programs to address very specific group of muscles. Therefore we can improve our work-out and energy level without risking ourselves with unnecessary injuries. Ryan is an amazing trainer. My wife and I both train with him together. He’s extremely patient and such a great coach. He easily has explains the movements and exercises to us. I have been working with Ryan now for about 6 months . Ryan does a great job of explaining all of the exercises we do. He is also very good at modifying anything we need to during a new workout. He also does bodywork which has been very helpful for me with some of the pain I have while running. Ryan Jones contacted me through Facebook Messenger (friend of a friend). He offered a free introductory lesson, and I just loved working with Ryan. I was in my mid-fifties, and he really helped me improve my balance, core strength, and self confidence. I trained with Ryan for two years in Boise, Idaho, and remotely through Facebook Messenger Video Chat for about a year. He is patient, encouraging, and knowledgable about the human body. My upper body strength improved significantly. Although I am not a current student, what Ryan taught me gave me skills I now use as a certified children's martial arts adjunct instructor. I have been working with Ryan Jones for about a year. He is awesome. I never feel pressured to push if I feel uncomfortable doing something he has scheduled. If it hurts he modifies or adjusts to a different procedure. He explains what each exercise targets and if you have a question that he isn't sure of he does the research to get the answer and is always willing to adjust to fit your needs. Ryan has been the best personal trainer I have worked with in Boise. He's very positive and motivating. He's always learning new techniques and exercises. I love how Ryan breaks down the mechanics of all the exercises and how there done correctly in detail. He's been able to fix my shoulder tendinitis using a technique called MAT. He's also helped me increase my strength rapidly. I'm looking forward to the future and continuing to work with Ryan I highly recommend him for anyone looking for a personal trainer. I met Ryan right after my cancer treatments were finished 6 weeks ago and needed to get my stamina and strength back. When I met Ryan I could barley walk from the parking lot into the gym without being TOTALLY wiped out, out of breath and in pain from the weight on my knees. I forgot to mention that I was 479 lbs. Well, its ONLY been six weeks and I have lost 42 lbs and can walk through the grocery store without having to sit down or take a break. I cant wait to see what life is going to be like in 6 months or even a year. I could have not gotten this far without the help from Ryan, he understands where I was coming from and customizes my workouts so that I am making great progress. He explains the exercises with proper techniques and gives constant positive feedback. He really makes the whole "going to the gym" thing a very positive experience for me and I would highly recommend Ryan to anyone who needs help getting life back on track with their fitness goals. I love working with Ryan Jones!!! Ryan is very knowable how the human body works. He has advanced education including a Masters degree in physiology. He knows many different ways to modify an exercise so it works for your body. But really what has helped me succeed the most is his ability to offer hope and encouragement that I can reach my goals. Ryan is without a doubt the best personal trainer I have ever had. His expertise in the gym combined with top of the line equipment pairs for an awesome workout experience. Not only does he challenge you to be your best in the gym, but he checks in on you outside of the gym as well. Ryan is an excellent instructor and is able to explain his workouts, benefits and the proper way to execute. He's just the right mixture of understanding when things are tough to learn or execute but also finds something that will work for you (makes you work hard too). The equipment he uses is state of the art and he explains how all of it works to you as well. We have seen great results in strength and stamina. My husband is recovering from a major heart attack a year ago. When we first started with Ryan, he literally couldn't do much of anything. He's now using more weight than me, doing cardio exercises and his stamina has improved 100%. He's literally a different man than he was 6 months ago. The gym is outstanding. It offers a wide variety of equipment and has a small number of people training at any one time. I have worked with Ryan three times each week for about one year. I am a senior who has had problems with my back, hips, and knees. We have focused on hips, knees, core, and balance. I feel so much stronger and can walk without pain in my hips. When I first started working with Ryan I was very hesitant about anything to do with the Gym! It had been at least 10 years since I had seen the inside of a gym and I was extremely self conscience. I had no idea what I was doing in regards to any weight room equipment but Ryan was very supportive and patient with me as I learned to do everything the right way. Ryan explained the "why's" behind every workout and created a personal work out routine just for me that we worked on together through every session. Ryan is a fantastic trainer to work with. I have been working with him for the past year and a half to feel better and gain strength. Ryan has exceeded my expectations. He has a very extensive fitness background and let's you know what you're doing and the reason for doing it, all with excellent focus on proper form and technique to keep you safe! Among many things I enjoy about working with him, my favorite is that he has a great ability to think on his feet. If there's ever an exercise that doesn't feel comfortable for me he quickly and smoothly transitions into something that does to still achieve the goal of the exercise, patiently too! I just wanted to write a review for your page! I reallllly miss our workouts as much as I bitched while I was there. Ryan is by far the best personal trainer I have ever had! He was so attentive to detail and form which was extremely important to me going in. He listened to what my goals were and laid out a plan to get me there. The gym itself is nothing like I have ever experienced. A wonderful assortment of equipment that you wont get in any other gym! I was sick when I had to move out of the area and had to stop our training. Ryan has been by far the best trainer I have ever worked with. I have tried different trainers at the big box gyms on and off for years, and after working with Ryan I cannot believe the difference. Not only does he make sure your form is spot on which makes a huge difference, he teaches you the mechanics behind all of the movements. In only two months I have achieved results that would normally have taken at least twice as long. I have never worked with a trainer that has as much knowledge as Ryan. Consistency!! I have found that consistency has been the key for making solid progress when having a good workout routine. I have noticed that clients that come into the gym 3 times per week make faster progress then clients that see me twice per week.

Yes, I do have a remote program!! The way my remote program works is we setup a time to chat through FaceTime or Skype. From there we do a quick assessment which allows me to see underlining muscle
Imbalances and gives me the feedback to put together a solid workout routine for your goals.

We clean all of our gym equipment frequently!! We also offer masks as well!!
