RX Fitness by Heidi, LLC

After moving to Arizona in March of 2007, my mom began taking every class that Heidi taught at the Anthem Country Club and loved every one of them. She became a regular attendee of her classes and saw a lot of progress. In the spring of 2009, I was recovering from a life threatening illness that left me in need of intensive physical therapy. I was a 14 year old student athlete in my freshman year at Boulder Creek. A team of doctors from Phoenix Children’s Hospital released me for outpatient physical therapy at Barrows, three days a week. In addition to physical therapy, my mom filled in my week with Heidi’s aquabic, stretch and senior strength classes. Heidi was so amazing, she took me under her wing and set up a program that proved so effective, the doctors released me to work exclusively with her! Heidi’s knowledge combined with her positivity and fun personality made her the perfect trainer. She was my saving grace. Thanks to Heidi I excelled in several high school sports and went on to college. Today I am a healthy 26 year old business professional and I still trust my fitness regime to the incredible Heidi Koster. More...
