We had our company Christmas party there the other night. They double booked the original night, so we had to change nights. That made it so quite a few employees couldn't attend. Our reservation was for 7:00, but it was around 7:30 before we were allowed downstairs. After that everything was great. The servers were on point all night. The bartenders make excellent cocktails. I wouldn't suggest the lobster option if you are doing a large party. It's hard to get that cooked right when there are massive amounts of them coming out if the kitchen. I went here with my mother to preface a Ballet show, and I was blown away by this steak house! I had gotten a T bone steak and trust me when I say it was seasoned to perfection, cooked as if the chef knew me personally, it was wonderful. This place is Devine, there happy hour definitely was awesome 9 dollar drink special!! Maria our server was GREAT! Very friendly, always greeted our table each time with a smile and very polite! ! I came here about 2 months ago celebrating with my fiance. We can both vouch for this place and state that their steak was on point! We also ordered the seafood sampler as an appetizer and my fiance definitely loved that! The filet mignon I ordered was top notch. Meat was prime and juicy. Wow! My wife and I recently gave this another shot and we were floored. Our server, Braden, was top-notch and absolutely on point with his timing and friendliness. Sometimes it can feel intimidating to be in such an expensive restaurant, but he made us feel totally comfortable and welcome! We started with the Seard Ahi Tuna which we have tried in the past. Once again, it was amazing. The sauce seemed a little different this time: originally it tasted much like a red meat sauce with hints of smokiness and black pepper; yet this time it had much more horseradish or wasabi, which I could have gone a little more mild with.. Still, the fish was amazing. I also had the 12 oz Ribeye and it came out on a "500 degree" plate of sizzling butter at a near-perfect medium rare. The steak only became more perfect as I sliced off a piece and let it cook a bit more, face-down, in the still bubbling butter. It was not as marbled as I would have expected a ribeye to be, but it had a generous trim of fat on the edge that was savory if not a bit too salty. However it was still incredibly tender and flavorful and overall a great steak. The salad and garlic mashed potatoes were great. For dessert, there was a bread pudding made with brioche bread and pralines and raisins served with vanilla ice cream and it was absolutely wonderful. First of all the employees areRespectful and professional.They are most curtious and considerate. Next the food was the best I have tasted since I left Colorado. My salmon was cooked to perfection. The asparagus were killer perfect. The bread and potatoes were superb.Even the coffee was much better than average.All in all, it was a marvelous experience. I was visiting out of town from Houston, so it was my first time there. I sat at the bar because that’s what I usually do, I was greeted by a young man (forgot his name) and later Maria. Both did an exceptional job, but I wanted to mention Maria by name, as she’s one of the best waitresses I’ve ever came across. She was knowledgeable about everything, social, and gave what above the service I would expect from an establishment like this.
