This place is amazing everyone is encouraging and motivating. You just show up Jim does the rest. I look forward to my workout everyday. I use to have siatica pain and when I started working out more often it went away. I use to have high blood pressure it went away. Now that I am taking the eating part more seriously I have lost 17lbs in 3 months. Please if you are afraid to exercise you won't be here! Please give Jim a try he loves his clients. He's truly committed! I have experienced other trainers at other gyms either just watching you and not teaching you or on their phone not doing there job. The Ryanair of properties, don't waste your time. In fact that's an insult to Ryanair. Nice and fast to respond till you move in. They are happy to make different rules for different example. to our neighbours they are happy to change their high ceiling lights to us they say buy a ladder and change it yourself. All we asked for was access to a ladder. Got stuck in the property lift for 1hour and a half and the emergency buttons didn't work. I was LUCKY to have one bar of signal which allowed me to message my brother. Imagine if I didn't have my phone. This came after the property refused to fix the light in the lift after it had burnt out. The lift service providers deemed the lift unsafe and shut it down until GPL agreed to make the necessary funds available for the much needed repairs. Honestly the place is a joke stay clear! Not happy! Honestly contemplating taking the hit paying out the rest of the contract so I don't have to deal with them. Oh and PS is you want a spare key for family or friends so they can visit for a couple of weeks and be comfortable make sure you add them into the initial tenancy agreement. So they are liable for any property damage too including rent even though they are just visiting. LOL JOKE!!! More...

Very friendly and easy to talk too. Have a good range of treatments and from what I have had done (spray tan, eyelashes tint and partylash, eyebrow wax and tint, pedicure and polish, nail extentions acrylic and gel) I would definately go back. Especially recommend for eyebrows
