I quite enjoyed the service and the speed of the food. We went during Aug and I was able to order GF pasta. The manager of the shopping center was super nice and gracious we came to support it. We really liked how sanitary the place was. The biggest turnoff during Covid times is a place disrespectful of the vulnerable (health-wise) and elderly. they did a great job offering sanitizer and masks for those without. It was refreshing and I told them I appreciated their efforts. To me, that shows they really do want business, even from the biggest OCD and germaphobes out there. More...

The food is great! But the wait is too long. Every time we go there except twice, it seems like we never have a waiter because it always seems to be at least 3 people helping you. It makes leaving a tip confusing if you don't get one waiter. They have taken very good measures with Covid-19. You can see the kitchen and every employee has a mask. Ruggerios is open again with indoor and outside dining as well as take out. The place is very clean and they are taking all safety measures. The food is still just as awesome as it was before they closed, and the service is excellent. My mom and I went here for a late lunch, early dinner and both ordered the same thing; Shrimp FraDiavolo over linguine, in a spicy tomato sauce with clams and mussels. We also each ordered a Caesar salad. Our waiter Jesse was awesome from the moment we sat down and told us we would save some money if we ordered family style which is what we did. When our meals came out we could not believe the size of both the salad and the main dish. It was not only a huge portion, but absolutely delicious! I took the leftovers home and had another meal with my husband the next day...and it was just as delicious :-) When this restaurant first opened we could only sit outside and it was obvious that they were just getting things back together. Now that it has been a little while I can definitely say that they are back to the wonderful food and service they had before they closed. If you haven't been back since they first opened you should definitely go check it out...I think you will be really happy you did, and they will be really happy to see you! More...

I went last night with my husband and another couple. We wanted to eat outside because of the Covid situation. The menu is limited which was a tiny bit disappointing. But I have to say the experience was absolutely lovely. We ate outside right near the carousel which was not too noisy and was very nice . The food was absolutely excellent everybody loved everything that they ordered. Lots of shrimp dishes and they prepared the shrimp to absolute perfection.Every single person we encountered was friendly and helpful and just added to the overall great experience. I just had dinner here with a group of ladies after some wedding dress shopping, and given the amount of negative or just meh reviews here, we were all pleasantly surprised! We ate inside and maybe it just wasn't busy, but we were seated at a table very far from anybody else. I was wary to eat inside a restaurant, but it felt safe. The service was polite and attentive. The white peach mojito hit the spot on a hot day, but another member of my party thought her jalapeño margarita should've been spicier. This restaurant used to serve family style meals and it doesn't seem like they made their serving sizes any smaller because all of our meals came out HUGE; we all left with plenty of leftovers. I had a seafood special with squid ink and spinach pasta and it was good; nobody at the table seemed disappointed in any of their food. The place itself is pretty. There are open windows to the kitchen, which makes it pretty noisy, which in turn made it hard to hear the poor server in his face mask. But what are you gonna do? A few of the ladies in my group complained that the women's bathroom was messy, but it seemed like they got to cleaning it up pretty quickly and that easily could've been the work of one shitty person as opposed to a reflection of the restaurant itself.I'd like to come back and sit outside, or at the pretty bar once corona calms down a bit. We went here for Father’s Day and it was a nice experience although a warm day and only outside dining due to covid went around 6:30 and it was shady and very nice . . our waiter was wonderful.. felt so bad for all of them working hard and wearing mask in this heat .. we will be back More...

Went to Ruggero's today for a later lunch. Dariel, our waiter, (hopefully got the waiters name right) was excellent. ..charming personality and answered all the questions we had. We had scrimp scampi, chicken Francese, and salmon...all came with pasta and salad. All the lunch entrees were $15.00 or less and the food was excellent...the service was excellent...will be going back soon...great atmosphere. More...

I had my 50th Birthday celebration here on 1/19/20 and it was so much fun! Our Waitor Carlos was fantastic!! We were a party of 22 and our Waitor Carlos did everything perfect! Ray was extremely accommodating as well. The staff here are professional and so nice! I absolutely love this restaurant and so did my entire party! Thank you to the Staff at Ruggeros. We had our rehearsal dinner here and it went wonderfully as planned! We had about 25 people and had space to ourselves in the restaurant, it was set up very well. Staff was attentive, all courses came out in a timely manner. Drinks were good, food was delicious! We planned this dinner with I believe the manager, Ray. He was great at answering all questions and was there the night of and made sure to greet us and let us know he was there if we needed anything. Great customer service! This is the best spot for lunch or dinner! The menu and food are incredible , the service is excellent but of course the GM Ray is outstanding ! He leads with great example.. very friendly, Nice , Very accommodating!
