What do you love most about your job?
I get inspired each time my client feels more alive and empowered after my session, ready with clear goals and vision for the fulfilling journey ahead.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have several years of professional and life experiences and have faced some interesting challenges along this journey of life. As I continue to learn and grow, I have been intrigued by how simple or complicated our lives sometimes become because of what our circumstances are, and even more so because of how we choose to respond to our circumstances. For each of us, the meaning of life is based on our own life experiences, and also on how we build on it. Many times when we are going through a difficult patch, or confused by the sudden twists and turns of life, or just questioning our own purpose in life we need some guidance and support in our quest for answers and our wish to grow our level of consciousness so we can stride confidently towards our chosen goals. This was the inspiration for my life coaching journey.

I bring 20 years of traditional, client-based, corporate business leadership, teaching and mentoring experience into my coaching practice, along with an Engineering Background. I also have a Masters in Psychotherapy and Counseling, and Coaching Certification from The Academy of Modern Applied Psychology and am an iGNLP™ & ABNLP Accredited - NLP Practitioner. My life journey has granted me the good fortune of living in different countries and cultures, and brought along some interesting challenges in life, which gives me a rich perspective that has helped me in serving others. While no results can really ever be guaranteed, my clients are typically able to find direction and achieve results that help them on a more fulfilling life journey. And they achieve these results while ensuring that they are in alignment with their unique purpose & values.

Yes, the sessions are virtual, so you can schedule a session at any available time that is suitable for you. Just a recommendation - find a quiet space free of distractions for the time we're talking, so you can get the most out of a session!
