My wife and I enjoy the service, also the salad bar, and I would give it five stars if they would hook my wife's 6 oz sirloin dry and dead like a hockey puck. But it constantly comes back moist with a small Touch of pink in it. She refuses to send it back. If the cook's would do what she asks they would get it a five star out of us! Our waiters are always fantastic. However, I don't understand why someone different always brings out your order. They have no way of knowing if it's right or not. . frustration sets in, then our waiter comes to make sure everything is ok and immediately notices... "that's not the way you ordered it, and the cook even asked me if what I wrote was right and I said yes".If they would allow the waiters to deliver your food, chances are they would catch any errors BEFORE it was delivered to your table.
