First of all, they were able to take my random thoughts and ideas and turn it into the most beautiful wedding imaginable, all while staying within our budget. Second, they were incredibly easy to communicate with and happily took care of any and all my requests. I am extremely surprised at what I thought I was getting, coordinating wise, versus what I actually got. I booked with Robin Bleu to be my wedding cordinator. I am a very organized person and planned my own wedding. This is something I do for a living, so it was nothing new to me, however I needed someone execute my plans the day of since I will be in a different headspace. Throughout the whole process everything was fine. I was first in contact with Eunan, who sometimes came off impersonal and rude. I also spoke with Tiffany and Shamecha. I also booked an officiant and the cleaning package through them. Due to me booking an officiant with them, Shamecha took over and became my “go to person” of who I would contact. Leading up to wedding day, everything went very well. However, wedding day was very much mediocre, excuse my language but a shit show. Shamecha was so unprepared and so unprofessional. Everyone who was in witness of how terrible she performed was disgusted by her work. Also may I add, they were paid in FULL prior to wedding day. Besides myself, my matron of honor, mother of the bride, the whole bridal party, and even other vendors were so shocked and upset about her low performance. At one point my photographer felt so bad for me and started coordinating!! The whole time during set up, that I was told over and over again not to higher a crew for, but she was going to assist with, she spent her whole time getting ready!! Her arrival time at the venue was late. She was MIA during set up and no where to be found. There were boxes everywhere. Reception hall never got completed. She lied to my hairstylist saying I said it was okay for my hairstylist to style her hair for FREE! She did end up paying my hairstylist for her services, but delayed me from getting my hair done. She decided she wanted to take our steamer we were using for dresses to steam her clothes. This also delayed some girls on getting ready. She had a dingy piece of paper for the officiant, so unprofessional. The piece of paper could have definitely been disguised with a black book. I made an extremely detail 5+ page long summary of everything, regarding how things should go (reception and ceremony), which she had access to prior to wedding day. Of course, Shamecha did not read it and was extremely clueless to everything!! Oh and then she had a nerve to take it upon herself to enjoy MY open bar when she did NOTHING AT ALL THE WHOLE DAY. Shamecha also decided it would be professional of her to boast to several people, including me, about the clientele she had the night prior, who was famous. She was using this story as an excuse as to why her performance was low. As if my wedding was not special. The only thing she did do was clean up, although I’m not sure if she forced her coworkers to do more of the work. She did have 2 other coworkers with her. One who had red hair streaks set on her phone the whole time, the other lady who wore glasses was extremely professional and did what was needed to be done (she’s the only reason why I’m giving them 1 star, because if I could give zero I would). But to be in charge of everything as Head Coordinator, Shamecha was a joke. I hired Tiffany for my day of coordinator, however she went above and beyond and was basically a month of coordinator! Leading up to the wedding she organized all my vendor details including start and end times and tying up loose ends! Day off, Tiffany and Shamecha were a huge help and I don’t know how I would have done it without their help!
