I just came back from Mexico and honestly these tacos are just on par with the real deal. I get the fish tacos, so fresh! I like to slather the green & ; red sauces on them. Passion Fruit drink is pretty good, not too sweet. Service is quick, especially with take out. However, dining in, tables are a little sticky and menu can be quite overwhelming to look at. Used to go to R&R when they were in a gas station in Elkridge. Hadn’t been since they moved downtown and all the Food Network hype in between. Not a fan of them increasing prices, every restaurant seems to think it's OK to do now though so whatever. Food is good but if you want something a little more in detail go to La Tolteca or go to Plaza Mexico. Street tacos can only go so far. Eventually I get sick of it. More...

I'm not sure how i haven't reviewed R&R already but probably because I'm entering a delicious food coma after eating here. My husband and I have eaten here at least 10 times over the years, but its quite out of the way for us, so anytime we do find ourselves in the white marsh/perry hall area we make sure to stop in!Our most recent trip was right after Christmas and we were greeted so warmly and the gentlemen taking our order asked how our holidays were and genuinely seemed interested in talking to us. I usually get tacos or a burrito and both are super filling and the price is unbelievable! I was hesitant to order off GrubHub from here due to getting terrible Mexican food from other places. But it wasn't expensive and I was craving Enchiladas so I went for it. Oh my god you guys...it was so damn good. I ate it all up so fast. I didn't even need to drown them in sour cream which I usually do with the Enchiladas from Nacho Mamas or Chevys. Got the birria, tripo, pastor, and fish tacos. They were fine. Pastor was prob the better one. The fish tacos were especially salty. Also wasn't sure if the fish was going to be grilled or battered/fried, since it didn't say on the menu. It seemed to be grilled. I've been coming here for about 5 years and the food here is so.tasty. I enjoy their quesadillas, enchiladas, tacos, salad, soups. ... needless to say, everything is good. I enjoy this location because it's right in the middle of downtown and it's a perfect place to grab lunch on my lunch break. 5/5 FOOD3/5 MENU (not all organized in one place, all menu items not displayed)3/5 CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE (disheveled atmosphere, sticky tables, if you're not paying attention you could miss your order because it's only called out rather than being displayed on a board) I think they needed a front of house manager to help organize the flow of customers, keep it clean in the lobby, ensure customers are finding what they need. Large portions for the price!Passion fruit drink was very good. Shrimp fajitas were normal good, but a large portion. I wanted melted white queso, but they only have it as a fresh stick. It was fine I guess because fresh is always okay, but melted would have been better. I did not try the pico de Gallo because it had more onion and jalapenos than tomatoes, so I knew I wouldn't like it, which was disappointing because I love pico. Churros were okay. I prefer them to be more soft inside with the crunch on the outside. It comes with a tiny bit of caramel sauce and chocolate sauce. Overall the food was average good and worth the price. Probably best for a quick lunch when you're hungry and don't want to pay pandemic prices...Outdoor seating is located on the side of the building. R&R has the best fish tacos, shrimp burritos, and quesadillas EVER!!! You will never regret a meal here. I will keep coming back and spend my money here because their food is absolutely delicious! Their prices are VERY reasonable as well. It is located in a shopping center so there's plenty of parking. You order at the register, they hand you a receipt with your order number, you grab a seat, and they'll call your order number when ready. Their horchata is amazing!
