Wale Le Abdul is undoubtedly one of Chicago's next visionaries. When I walked into his studio on the day of my shoot, I instantly relaxed.
He was cooking and playing some music in the background. The vibe he gave off was somewhat nonchalant, an "anything goes" sort of vibe. I have to admit, before working with Wale for the first time, I was nothing short of nervous. This would be my first provocative (almost completely nude) shoot with a photographer I had never worked with previously. However, he remained professional, comforting and nonjudgmental.
Throughout the shoot, Wale encouraged me to remain relaxed, yet focused. There was a perfect balance of having poses suggested to me and him letting me run free with my creativity as a model. I must say, he successfully brought me out of my shell. I had never before been so at ease whilst being nearly butt naked in front of a camera with baby oil dripping down my thighs. The experience was different, to say the least. With both of us being working, independent artists, there was an unspoken understanding between us, almost like a telepathic arrangement of respect and originality. My goal was to be the best muse I could be, while his was to bring out his raw vision in the most effective way possible.
"Royal Views" will soon be a name to uphold, throughout the industry, the streets, the household. This level of professionalism in a photographer so unknown is rare to find, and extremely special once found.

What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
It's chemistry. At least that's where it starts. We value building a genuine relationships with our clients. Doing so creates an atmosphere for team work. This further assist us as photographer, in capturing magic.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
It start with actually knowing what the client is looking for: "How can we best assist you in capturing this project?"
What do you love most about your job?
Creating and capturing content that leaves our clients both impressed and surprised at the beauty within themselves gives us the most joy. Have you ever looked at a photo and asked, "Is that me?" We love that!
What inspired you to start your own business?
Wale Abdul, an advocate of the Arts, started freelancing photography in 2015. A New York native who found his purpose in Art. Wale Abdul created a way to utilize the impact of visual content and the power of the internet, to remove the idea of starving artist. Establishing Royalviewz, Wale Abdul has created a platform for artist to create, promote and make profit doing what artist themselves love to do. Creating!
