I used Royalty for my daughter's 18th birthday, who took 8 of her friends to the beach for the sunset, to dinner & karaoke, and then out to dessert. The service was very impressive. My main concerns prior to hiring Royalty were safety, reliability, vehicle quality, and cost. I checked out many companies on Yelp and found that Royalty had the most consistently high ratings. Regarding safety, the driver Darren was very professional. He was detail oriented and kept my wife and me in the loop during the entire evening, and even offered to take us for a drive during his downtime. Regarding reliability, Ali the owner was incredibly responsive. He helped my daughter and me select the most appropriate vehicle, answered the phone each time I called, sent me an email confirmation after taking my deposit, re-confirmed the day before the event, and ensured that we obtained the vehicle we expected, which was clearly shown on the website (black hummer). The vehicle was clean, snazzy and luxurious. Although not the cheapest we found, Royalty's pricing was relatively competitive. Ali, our driver at Royalty Limo service was everything we were expecting as he took us to and from my parents funeral service yesterday.  The limo was clean, fresh cool water for us on a very hot day and very respectful to what our needs were.  He was there on time, polite and  even video some of the parts of the funeral we weren't able to do.  I would use his service again and highly recommend their company to any of my friends and relatives.  Thanks Ali More...

Excellent service! Ali was most accommodating for my son and his new bride! I hired him to pick them up after their wedding and take them to the reception, then pick them up afterwards and take them to their hotel. He was very patient and extremely curteous. Royalty was referred to me, as we had a large wedding party to arrange transportation for on a Saturday afternoon, two different time slots, plus a ride needed at 10:30pm to our party's hotel. They did a great job - patient,  timely, nice drivers, nice vehicles (stretch SUVs needed for 14-16). Saturdays are a 4 hour minimum (all the big limo companies have this for big parties), but that worked well for us.  My issue was a third trip, we needed a ride (including bride and groom) from the reception in San Marcos to a hotel in Pacific Beach (about 36 miles), and they were able to give us a good quote for that final journey of a one way trip at 10:30pm - at least as good as "ubering", but far more efficient transport for 16 people, especially late at night - and I am very thankful Royalty could provide all our transportation needs that day. Ali was exceptionally tentative and professional. He showed up early for our pick up, welcomed us with a smile and helped us with our luggage. This was a very special day since I was going to propose to my girlfriend. As we spent the day running around La Jolla cove, he stayed parked nearby, ready at a moment's notice to pick us to move to other locations. The limo was very clean, great working ac, water and ice was provided since I wanted to bring my own Champaign. The limo didn't look used and abused as other limos I've experienced. Ali at Royalty Limousine came to my rescue for my son's wedding.  Months ago I had spoken to another company and thought we were set for our April date.  When I reached out to them mamy times, I never got a call back.  Went to Yelp to find another company and there was Royalty Limousine and Ali.I called and after a wonderful conversation  with Ali I booked our date.  He showed up in a beautiful white limo, on time and a smile one his face.  The parents of the newlyweds got the limo ride from the church to our venue in La Jolla along the coast on a beautiful day. I have a unique review to give because I actually never had the privilege of utilizing their services.  This review is based on the extreme professionalism that I encountered with Ali, one of the drivers.  I had booked a limo with another company, and I had a terrible experience because they were unprofessional over the phone and flaked on me last minute.  I called Royalty, and Ali listened to my concerns and was willing to accommodate my last minute request.  I did not have the opportunity to use him because the original company finally came through and provided the limo service.  I wish I had called Royalty in the first place because I know it would have been a way better experience.  They do not hide fees or up charge like most limo companies.  I'm calling Ali for my next ride!!!!
