AMAZING!! Outstanding results and exceptional customer service!! Our carpet is 13 years old. It didn’t look this good when we moved in a couple of years ago. They didn’t try and oversell us on services and did a wonderful job. One of our rooms had paint stains from the previous owners. Kelly texted to ask if we wanted them to remove it for $25 (no brainer)!!! They didn’t get it out to their liking so gave us half off of the charge! We needed to get it cleaned, but after our naughty little dog decided to tip over a trash can and then vomit up whatever he ate, it became an emergency to get it cleaned up ASAP. Royalty came out right away, cleaned up and spot treated where needed, and even cleaned the carpet inside my closets, which I did not expect! What inspired you to start your own business?
This is a family business, and when I joined the family I began helping them out here and there. Once I started to go out in the field, I was hooked. I truly enjoy making people happy, so this was a win-win for me, and I've never looked back.

Carpet Special Treatment: Pet Enzyme
Pet stains are a huge challenge, but its time for that to end. We use an enzyme treatment that kills odor-causing molecules on contact! There is nothing as strong or effective on the market to kill odors and remove unsightly yellow pet stains and it smells great too!

Premium Grout and Stone Sealer is a water-based sealer far superior to "Home Center" products. It can even be used on damp grout right after it has been professionally cleaned! It will protect stone, tile and grout from oil and water based-spills and dry soils. It penetrates deeply to offer the very best protection and won't leave a "skin" to wear off like other sealers. It's effective on all grout and on absorbent and semi-absorbent stone and tile. Grout is stronger when protected with this durable sealer.
