I love booking my vacations through Royal Travels. Brittany Gilmore has proven to be a knowledgable and helpful travel resource. I have used Royal to plan solo trips and trips with friends and every trip has been amazing. Brittany is always able to find great lodging and flight times for a great price, and is always available if I/we have any questions. Thank you to Royal Travels for planning a fabulous Cancun vacation for me and my family. Traveling with elder parents and young children can be difficult, but Ladell and her highly professional team made everything smooth and seamless! All we had to do was pack out bags and show up! That Ladell is the . com !!! I vacation out of the country at least two times a year and she finds me the best deals ever. ....with oceanfront views, butler service, jacuzzis on the balcony, rainforest showers, full bars in the rooms, you name it she makes it happen!! She has impeccable taste and recommends the best resorts because she’s been to most of them and has first hand experience on the quality of the food and the cleanliness and luxury that each resort offers. Last year in Jamaica, our flight home was cancelled and we were forced to stay an additional 4 days. Ladell arranged for our extended stay in addition to calling the travel insurance company and ensuring we were reimbursed for any and all of the additional expenses. Ladell takes all the headache out of traveling. She arranges all transportation on land and air, ensures that excursions are included, along with other perks like couple massages at a discount and she’ll even have the room decorated for whatever occasion your celebrating. Not to mention a complimentary cake, bottle of bubbly, and or a lively array of island fruit in a beautiful basket. I will always use Royal Travels and I suggest you get on board. Safe Travels!! Absolutely wonderful!! It was our first time in Toronto and LaDell made sure that it was going to be the best experience!! ! And it was!! We stayed at the Ritz which was close to everything.
