This program is designed to fit your unique lifestyle. After our free consultation, I will send a meal plan that fits your goals. Every week we will use measurements, pictures, and the scale to determine if the meal plan needs adjusting. Your calories will be kept high to keep your metabolism from tanking. You can call or text me every single day or once a week. Accountability is up to you!
