Indelisa, the owner of Royal Bloom, is a pleasure to work with.  She did an AMAZING job with the flowers at my wedding reception. I know nothing about flowers, so when I met with her for our initial meeting, I was a bit nervous since I didn't really know how to tell her what I wanted. Her warm personality immediately made me feel very comfortable. She asked great questions and provided suggestions so that we were able to come up with specific flowers that she would use in my bouquet and reception. Since my dress had a vintage ribbon of diamonds and pearls, she suggested we put a nice vintage wrap on my bouquet, it was beautiful and I felt very special. She is also great in a crisis. I had bought the vases that I wanted her to use at the reception, but somehow I came up short. I realized this a day or two before the wedding. She calmed me down and pulled out a special catalog and had the remaining vases the next morning, thank goodness! Indelisa was simply amazing. Somehow she took my vision and turned it into something beyond my imagination. The flowers were simply everything I could have asked for but more. They were gorgeous. We met a couple times and talked over emails and she was quickly a friend. From just a little bit of chatting and a couple key words, came perfect flowers. On my wedding day when I saw the flowers I was floored. She also did a flower collar for my dog - amazing. The other wonderful thing about Indelisa was that she worked in my budget. We got our flowers both for our rehearsal dinner and our wedding. We had an outdoor wedding, so we needed the perfect balance of adding flowers to an already beautiful venue. Indelisa is amazing. I was first introduced to Indelisa at friends wedding when that friend asked if I could help Indelisa set up. I was blown away by her work, her creativity. I knew then that when it was my time to get married that I didn't want anyone else but Indelisa. Year later it was time and we hired Indelisa. Her work is beyond amazing. I worked with Indelisa this November to plan my wedding and all the decor I needed to fill a pretty large space. Working with her was effortless. She was always so responsive and willing to collaborate on different ideas and from petals along the aisle, to dramatic birch trees at the alter. The guests raved about how beautiful the flowers were from the bouquets to the centerpieces. I simply provided a couple pictures through Pinterest and she emulate the exact look I was going for. Indelisa is beyond amazing. Her work is creative, gorgeous and just plain amazing. I'm not a person who writes reviews online but for Indelisa, I just have to. Her work really made wedding. Indelisa and Royal Bloom were a part of my wedding at Kohl Mansion in Burlingame on August, 21, 2011 and I couldn't have been happier with her work! I met her at the Palo Alto Bridal Faire earlier that year and was blown away from the beginning with her set up and personality. I had a nice initial consultation with her and even before I got the quote I knew that I wanted to work with her. It was a really positive, engaging, and warm, happy experience. From then on we had a few more sit-down meetings and bounced ideas off of one another. She was even so kind as to send me an inspiration page with pictures and sketches of her ideas so that I could have a better picture of her vision. She even helped me put together some pieces that I requested that were more unique, like a garland, a crown of berries, and just-picked-from-the-garden flowers in antique-looking tea pots. I had a few vendors question my taste or tell me that my ideas were not "bridal" enough, but Indelisa never did. When she had input, she focused on giving me the practical, cost-effective, helpful advice that preserved my vision and helped me keep my love of flowers within my budget. And she even made some of my ideas better! Also, she never promised anything that she didn't deliver. The results were MAGICAL!!! My husband and I got so many compliments on how beautiful the flowers were at our wedding, and we have the pictures to prove it. Royal Bloom provided the flowers for my wedding about 3 weeks ago, and they were truly extraordinary.  My wedding colors were blue and purple, and Indelisa worked with me to  arrange little flowers of both colors around my custom made wedding cake topper.  My bouquet was so beautiful that I didn't want to let it go, and my matron of honor's bouquet was also gorgeous. Indelisa is so warm, kind and understanding that she was more to me than just another wedding vendor...she was a true friend during the planning process. Royal Bloom is located at the rear of Allied Arts Guild in Menlo Park. Indelisa, the owner, is a true visual artist with flower selection and arrangement. My bouquet was gorgeous and reflected the blue and purple color choices I had made, without clashing with my ivory dress. Friends and family are gushing over photos of the bouquets, potted arrangements at the ceremony, and centerpieces at the reception. My husband would only wear a blue flower for a bouteniere, and Indelisa was able to to find some in the middle of December. She also worked with my caterer to put little blue and purple flowers around my custom made cake topper, and the result was brilliant! There is a picture of it on her website!

Royal Bloom did my wedding out of State and it was amazing.  I had some very specific flower requests which were impossible given the time of year.  Indelisa worked with me to come up with alternatives - I believe better than the original ideas!The thing that stands out most about Royal Bloom is the magnitude of the design....there are so many details in each arrangement that it could take ages to absorb each one - they are like a feast that never ends.Over the top I know but seriously there is nothing too outrageous I could say about their work....Do yourself a favor and give yourself a big chunk of time to look in the boutique at the Allied Arts Guild - oh and go at the change of every season and for every holiday - while the style, elegance and fun-factor remain constant - there is always a fabulous change in holiday related decor! Indelisa went out of her way to find an organic grower because organic flowers were important to us. She was amazingly helpful, flexible, punctual, and professional. We asked her to only do the bride's and bridesmaid's bouquets, because our family friend was doing flower arrangements for centerpieces. Indelisa even ordered extra flowers for us to give to the family friend, and she coordinated directly with our friend to deliver them so that I didn't have to worry about that step. Royal Bloom was the florist for my wedding at Allied Arts Guild in Menlo Park a couple of weekends ago.  And the flowers were absolutely gorgeous. Initially I chose to work with Indelisa @ Royal Bloom because it is located on-site at the wedding venue, but in the future, I'll choose to work with her great work.I asked for arrangements in the red/orange/yellow colors that are lush, full of petals and have the casual elegance, and gathered-from-the garden look to match the venue.  Indelisa lined the vase with orange slices, and used peonis, ranunculus, tulips, dahlia, mango calla lilies as the primary flowers, and roses as fillers.   Both the center pieces and the bouquets turned out beautifully.  Indelisa also helped us hang up some paper lanterns with floral arrangements on a very tall oak tree for our ceremony.  Indelisa was always prompt in her response, very patient with my ever changing requests, and professional in her interactions.  And most importantly, I can trust her artistry as a florist. Indelisa definitely is a talented person when it comes to flowers and decorating!  She did the flowers for our wedding in 2006 and they were seriously AMAZING.  She is so calm, professional, and helpful in the process of picking out your flowers.  I brought her magazine cut-outs of ones that I liked and told her the colors I would like,  and the flowers I ended up with were splendid and exactly what I wanted.  My best friend who has been in a lot of weddings said that those were the most beautiful wedding flowers she has ever seen:  so fresh and vibrant.  Indelisa  also had a great idea for decorating the church aisles that was low-cost:  moss balls!  They were adorable...green balls of  moss hanging from colorful ribbon.  It was perfect.  I look at her  facebook posts of Royal Bloom and often wish I had another event so I could have more flowers.  Thank you, Indelisa!
