I've had an incredible experience with Roverchase. I have found the staff to be incredibly knowledgeable and effective with training. I love their philosophy and approach. They are extremely professional but also fun.Bringing a puppy into a home with 2 small children is no small task, so their daycare package has been a life-saver for me when I'm too worn out to wear my puppy out. They wear him out, train him, and act as advisors.You can tell they really care about, not only the dogs, but you as a customer. This is Jackson aka Jax. I was nervous initially about leaving him as a 12 week old puppy for daycare 3 days a week. I can say now it was the best move I ever made. I have been raising German Shepherds for over 25 years. However, my schedule had changed dramatically and I was driving 5 days a week, almost 8 hours a day. The thoughts of leaving him to himself home in a crate were worse than the fear for leaving him with someone else. He will be 1 year old June 21, 2018. He is by far the most well-rounded, sweetest shepherd I have had. Not a mean bone in his body. I had to take classes to learn what they taught him! I would do it again in a heartbeat. INDIVIDUALIZED TRAININGI have a Brussels Griffon puppy, Kyle who is a year old and he was having major aggressive and submissive acts with my pug and no other animal. I spoke with my vet and before putting him on medication, she recommended that I call Abby at Roverchase. I really didn't want to put him on medication and wasn't sure that just behavior training would help. I was skeptic because he was so bad but willing to try anything at this point before it got worse.Abby and her assistant, I think Megan, came to my house to evaluate and assess what I needed to do. She came every two weeks and we went over a new training tool each time. EVERY time she left, I was like NO WAY. There is no way this is going to work. and EVERY time, it worked.Not only did I have to train my one dog, but I had three that I had to train so that they all understood where they needed to be and what they needed to be doing.I put in the time to work the tools given to me and Kyle is now 90% better than he was before and I am holding off on medication. As a two year employee of Roverchase, first as a kennel staff member and now as Head Training Intern as a training intern, I am a general witness to the management of the facility and dogs. I can speak to the unending care this facility provides for your dogs. Our facility is an industry leader in the Southeast. I received my Wonderful PTSD Service Dog "Birch" from them...It's funny that people complain that Rover Chase doesn't do what they say they do. .. I'm sure if you left your K9 there to be trained, they trained it... I'm sure Rover Chase would be happy to post the video of how well your dog was trained. If you took your dog to the puppy classes and complain about it... the problem is you. The dog goes home with you. They are merely their to teach YOU how to train your dog at YOUR house. This failure is on both of you... I have significant time their. I'm in the military and I know what Blow Hards sound like. The issue is ya'll not Rover Chase it's you. I had to leave my dogs in a kennel for two weeks, so I drove three hours from outside Nashville, TN where I've been working to Birmingham to have them stay at the best possible place to board in the area. I currently have my 14 week old Maltese enrolled in Puppy K and we are having a great time! The trainers are all very nice and I feel like they care about helping me and my pup build a strong foundation for learning. They are also the only place in Birmingham that I've found who work towards AKC certifications like S.T.A.R. puppy and Canine Good Citizen. I wish they were closer to downtown but I'm finding out that they are well worth the drive! More...

I have been a client at Roverchase since they first opened and am extremely satisfied with all of their services- boarding, daycare, grooming and training- group classed, day training and boarding school.  My boy loves the staff and is so much happier spending the day playing instead of being locked up in the house. He is so much happier and tired  after spending the day at Roverchase. I also like  that when when he is boarded he is able to be out playing all day instead of being confined to a small run.I am also very happy with the  training we have received at Roverchase; Abby and her staff have done a great job of helping me transform my little man from an  okay behaved dog into an almost perfect gentleman.
