The driver was late, he said he couldn't find us. We also had another person picked up. By the time we got to Lawrence we made it just as the ceremony started.
He was also driving 80 mph to get us to Lawrence.
We were late getting to the wedding.
We was prompting at the hotel to pick us up
This was the only thing that was wrong. Every other of piece was performed perfecting.

This was a great, reliable, communicative airport shuttle when we booked them earlier this summer. I had actually booked through someone else at a cheaper rate but I had to keep following up multiple times with them and that didn't sit well. Booking an airport shuttle is one of those things you just want to have done, confirmed, on the books and know for a fact that they're going to pick you up when they say they will. Roundabout set things up just two days before my flight, which is nice but I should've been on it and booked them sooner. They were communicative both on Yelp and over the phone, charged what they said they would, and arrived 15 minutes early so there was no stress. OH and they had a carseat that fit.. Another pretty important element on a potentially hectic travel morning. It was a notch above what I've paid before, but the luxurious town car, included tip and punctuality were worth it to be honest. Would recommend and would definitely use again. More...

My family has used Roundabout for airport transportation several times a year for the last four years between KCI and south Overland Park. They are always early and load/unload our luggage even when we have to be picked up as early as 4:00AM. The cars are always clean and the drivers are safe. We usually have them bring a car seat for our now three year old and it is always installed for us. They are extremely easy to get a hold of by email or phone. I have recommended this company to countless friends and family members.We travel extensively and have used other car services for airport transportation in other cities but this is by far the best! I use Roundabout Transportation for airport runs all the time. This was my first using them for a night out on the town. The driver arrived to my home ten minutes early and called to let me know he was outside and not to rush out, he just wanted to let me know he had arrived. The van was very clean, the driver was nice and had bottle water available for my girlfriend and I. He was very knowledgeable of downtown and the P&L area, dropping us off within feet of the entrance where we were meeting our party. I had arranged for pick-up later that evening but called halfway through the night to delay the pick up by 30 minutes. The driver arrived exactly on time and exactly where he had explained he would be waiting in a newer Navigator that was VERY nice. I would HIGHLY recommend Roundabout Transportation. Compared to other transportation companies I have used, Roundabout Transportation is in a league of their own and at a very competitive price. More...

This service worked out great for us. They provide minivans with car seats (even kids movies on DVD too!). Having car seats provided was a HUGE plus. The driver was helpful, on-time and the cost was much less than other services.We'll definitely be using them for future trips.
