We planned a very special event in about 50 days - and could not have done it without Erin and the Roundabout team. From our initial email to the day before the event - Erin was responsive, friendly, and organized. After our first phone consultation, we knew we wanted to work with Erin. She made us feel like we were taken care of. We planned this event remotely from the Bay Area - and fully trusted Erin every step of the way. When you work with a caterer, having someone like Erin on your team is necessary! We never felt stressed or worried. The rentals team was professional and efficient when they setup and broke down rentals. They turned a clubhouse into a beautiful event space overlooking the lake! Now, the food... was amazing!! Our guests can't stop telling us about how delicious it was and the presentation.  The Chef and catering team were a joy to work with. They made sure the food was hot and plenty - and knew exactly what they were doing. What more could you ask for? Thank you Erin and the Roundabout team for being part of our special day. Right from my first conversation with Roundabout I knew I found the perfect caterer for my wedding. The quality of rentals, food and staff is absolutely outstanding! I cannot say enough good things about this business. Erin's communication was thorough, timely and thoughtful. With her help we had everything we needed for our event. Excellent dinner and outstanding service.  Our group of four booked an early seating for dinner last Saturday night.  We were warmly greeted upon arrival and seated promptly.  Conner, our server, arrived in short order to take drink orders and answer questions about the well curated and seasonal menu.  Our group enjoyed a nice bottle or Rose, a few cocktails, both soups (excellent), a kale salad, a couple steaks and salmon.  The restaurant was more than willing to work with special requests (sides from another steak dish to be paired with a different steak).  We also enjoyed a couple desserts that were top notch, a peanut butter pie and a creme brule.  Round About is a true gem in downtown Reno and I highly recommend a visit.  Space is modern and beautiful.  Well done, very well done! Went in here after being disappointed by another local place just down the street. The menu looked great and so did the pictures of the ambiance. Coming from the service field, I have a bad habit of having higher standards, and this place was amazing. MIkayla I believe was our server, she was sweet, well versed with the menu, and conversational (but not over the top). Erin is a dream to work with and our friends and family are still raving about the food! They were such a great company to rent through as well as cater our wedding. The look was beautiful and food was plentiful. We highly recommend the paella station! Erin responded quickly and was so helpful in planning everything even cross country. Man, I want to thank Roundabout Grill. You know how hard we try for my little brother to drink water? Nothing works! All he ever wants is juice and sodas. I thought it was a lost case, he just doesn't like water. But to my surprise, the only thing we needed to get him to drink water is a really bad, tasteless lemonade, and that's exactly what Roundabout Grill delivered! You wouldn't believe my face when I saw him taste the lemonade, put it down, and then drink the water! Excellent menu! I wanted to try Econ it but settled on a jackfruit bbq sandwich. Meal was pretty tasty. Unfortunately the service was a little slow (only 3 other parties in the restaurant and still took 15 minutes to get a drink). There are many vegetarian options which is always a plus for me! This is certainly one of my favorite restaurants in the Reno downtown area. From great food to great customer service, This restaurant is top quality, especially if you are looking for an excellent ambiance, tasty food and great service. We tried a couple appetisers, drinks, and a dessert last week for dinner. First, the decor is modern and natural. A hanging swing, pieces of cut birch and another wood, and a wall of succulents make for a minimal but beautiful space. I got the garnet sour c and my wife got the deciduous sazerac. Although mine was nice, I preferred hers. We then shared the beet and grapefruit salad and the tuna poke.The salad was bright and tasty but I still don't care for beets! The tuna, with its fun sesame seed crisps for carrying that yummy poke to your mouth, was super fresh and good. We ended the meal with the seasonal tart which was an apple bourbon. Excellent! Showed up at 10:50 am on Sunday and was handed a brunch menu!!!! Picked out something and server came over and apologized, they were serving lunch now said the chef! !! As a event planner I ALWAYS go to Roundabout as my default option for not only Catering, but event rentals and design help as well. Their staff is incredibly responsive and the integrity they have as a company is something that is hard to find these days.

Their food is AMAZING and I have never eaten any item from them that I wasn't impressed with. The range of food and meals they good is expansive and they are always willing to work with my clients to create their perfect meal.

I can always count on the Roundabout staff to be friendly, handle my guests with the utmost care regardless of the circumstance...and I love how detail focused they all are. They are on time!!

Prepare yourself for a long review, I take 5 stars very seriously! I booked the Roundabout Grill for a bachelorette party and had the absolute best experience all around. Booking the event was seamless and the event planner Erin was super responsive, on top of all the details and was very flexible with our needs. We had a last minute change in head count that per the contract they didn't have to accommodate but they did with no problem which was above and beyond. The three course group menu had lots of great choices and is a bargain at just under $50 per person with food, tax, gratuity and a small fee for our big party. Lots of wine by the bottle choices as well that are priced appropriately.Food was great, I wish we had taken more pictures! The kale salad and tuna poke cups were the stars of the show! We had steak, salmon and chicken and the salmon was cooked perfectly. Desert was a really nice berry crime brûlée which was a perfect ending to the meal.
