Let me start out by saying this is not your ordinary review... I am biased because I am an occasional employee of this establishment/food truck. I am a weekend employee only. I have a regular very full time profession. I was deep into the restaurant business in my early years. I owned and sold successful restaurants, I was a chef instructor, and catered for thousands. I enjoy doing something quite opposite of my daily gig for grins and giggles. I Really Really enjoy serving quality food and seeing the appreciation on the faces of the people that have tried some of the unique offerings this rolling restaurant has to offer. The menu changes daily but has, for example,some fantastic handmade boudin balls stuffed with smoked Gouda cheese... large tasty sandwiches-pulled pork and jerk chicken on a Brioche bun...bread pudding balls with a tasty rum glaze. These are just a few of the menu options available at different times. If you see this truck take a moment and see the quality, the quantity, and the smiles on the faces of the people who just tried their food and I guarantee you will jump in line! More...

Saw this food truck at a food truck event in BR.  Could not resist boudin egg rolls and gouda stuffed boudin balls. Yes, I said boudin egg rolls. The gouda boudin balls were hot, crispy outside with a gooey cheese center. The boudin eggrolls or absolutely fantastic. Fresh boudin stuffed into an egg roll wrapper and deep fried served with a refreshing remoulade sauce.  I could have eaten the egg rolls all night long.
