This weekend was my son's first birthday and I knew there was no better choice then Rosie Cakes! Sarah Elyce Denk made a wonderful smash cake for our son and 3 dozen cupcakes, both s'mores and vanilla bean flavored!
Our guests absolutely adored the cupcakes and there wasn't a single one left. Everyone one kept commenting on how scrumptious they were and how they were the perfect sweet treat and not overly sweet! We definitely will be having Rosie Cakes at our next family celebration!

Racing off to our honeymoon...but first, THANK YOU Sarah! You're wedding "cake" (made of the most perfect cupcakes you can imagine) was an ENORMOUS hit! The flavor combinations PERFECT. Wow! We ordered a dozen cupcakes for my daughter's birthday and they were beautiful and delicious! The chocolate ganache icing is TO DIE FOR! Every cupcake I have tried has been heavenly. The red velvet was moist and delicious with a not overly sweet cream cheese frosting. The chocolate cupcake with ganache - perfection - I could actually taste the natural chocolate flavors. The yellow cupcake with vanilla bean buttercream - the flecks of vanilla bean were not only a beautiful addition but quite tasty. It's tough finding a from scratch yellow cake recipe and this one was just right versus the countless ones I have tried that were overly dry or lacked flavor. I'm excited to try the gluten free ones! My kids enjoyed the s'mores cupcakes and said they were better than the actual s'more. Highly recommend as your sweet treats baker! More...
