We are new to the area and needed to get a quote for a mini-split. Not only were they the ones with the best quote, but Jen was so pleasant and she explained everything so well (this girl knows her stuff and has such a fun personality). We didn’t feel any pressure to buy/use their service- which was a nice change from other companies. We decided to go with them before the appointment was over. A few days later, we had a tune-up by one of their great technicians (who also explained and answered any of our questions). We were scheduled to get our mini-split the following week, but we received a call that there was a cancellation for an earlier day. From the first call to the final clean up, the installation of my mini-split air conditioner was better then every other company I have dealt with over the years. The people on the phone were polite, professional and pleasant. They kept me in the loop throughout the process. The installation team was friendly, efficient and informative. This is the first time my wife and I needed a new AC unit. They were so nice and worked with us quickly. We had our AC unit go out after the storm on Wednesday and they just finished installing our new AC unit! They were all very professional (over the phone and all the technicians that came out to help). They took our well-being into consideration and asked if we wanted them to wear masks. Jen was very nice and helpful during the proposal and financing process, making sure we understood what all was included and what was going to happen during the install. They lent us a spot cooler to help keep us cool until install day. I highly recommend Jenergy and will refer my friends and family to them. they are very friendly and answered any question I had now I can't wait till Monday to have a new ac unit so I can leave more of a view but when drew came out to inspect the machine I already have and knew it wasn't in good shape and I knew it wasn't either broken and 4 ton for a 2br mobile home is way to big. so he had them give me some quotes which I got with in an hour and by today was able to schedule an install for Monday alot faster then what I think and when Alex called she is so sweet and nice and helped me with payments and everything else!! Call them first!! Excellent customer service!!! When my air went out they were super responsive!! My unit was old. They gave me four different options, my husband was not able to be there when I got the estimate and they talked to both of us with him on the phone, they are not pushy and when I decided on the unit I wanted it was scheduled quickly. And they offer financing!! The crew that did the install was fantastic- they cleaned everything up and had me back up and running and went through what they did.
