I just did Candice’s Fascia Release workshop. Wow! I didn’t expect to get so much out of it. Not only did Candice make us work deep and took the time to give each of us her undivided attention when we needed it, but she also found a way to share a lot of knowledge with us. I will definitely sign up for the follow-up workshop, to focus on other areas of my body. My teenage daughter was with me and she loved it too. She also wants to do the follow-up! More...

Candice is truly an expert in her field. I have been training with her for a year now and it has more than paid off. As a long time runner, I am now faster and stronger than I have been since my twenties, and am no longer experiencing the body pain that typically comes with distance running. Candice takes the time to focus in on where you need to build strength in order to protect yourself from injury, even in her group class setting. I plan to continue training with her for the foreseeable future and would highly recommend her to others. More...

Candice is helping me address body mechanics and postural issues in my neck and shoulders that I have had for many years. I have been training with her for over 4 months and feel stronger than I have in a very long time ! She has taught me effective techniques for fascial release and targeted strengthening of my whole body, including my core, back, glutes/legs, shoulders, and neck.She is compassionate, extremely knowledgeable, and very good at customizing workouts to target areas that are weak. Every workout is unique, challenging and fun. I always leave feeling energized and strong! Candice is great at providing gentle feedback on correct technique and being positive and motivating.Candice has also shown an interest in my chiropractic care and overall plan and designs workouts to complement my overall wellbeing strategy.This has proven to be a wonderful step in my healing journey as PT and regular exercise were not addressing my underlying issues.Bonus points for great music and a wonderful personality :) More...

Candice knows what she's doing! I've been rehabilitating from an injury and Candice is an expert at transitioning clients from physical therapy to more strength and fitness training. When I get frustrated that I can't do more she is a wonderful support, reminding me that I will get there and educating me on how the work we are doing together is building the strong foundation in areas that will support future activities for the long term. I've had personal training experiences that felt like I was being "plugged in" to a routine that they use for everyone and all they did was count. Candice carefully crafts training sessions that focus on the needs and goals of individuals. She's fantastic! More...

Bottom line: you will not regret strength training with Candice.  I have been training with her for several years now following my first ever running injury after 2 decades of distance running.  She is truly an expert in her specialty and has helped me with myofascial release, stretching and strength training.  She was able to specifically identify the areas that needed strengthening to make me a healthy and more well-balanced runner again.  My body always feels great after training with her!Aside from this, Candice brings energy to her training that is unmatched.  She is a positive force in the world - I genuinely look forward to training sessions and consider her a friend.If you are considering strength training with a true professional, stop thinking and call Candice!  Seriously!  You will not regret it!
