After normal business hours, late on a Saturday night, I placed an online order for a floral arrangement to be delivered to a funeral service that was scheduled for early Monday morning, not much more than 30 hours later. I mistakenly entered the incorrect location and time for delivery. Because they are closed Sunday, when I called I had to leave a voice mail and also emailed them with the correct information. Despite the fact that this was such short notice and also done after normal business hours, they went way above and beyond and got the flowers delivered to the funeral home in time for the visitation. To anyone interested in purchasing flowers in this local area. This establishment is extremely sincere and very professional. After my uncle passed away we sat down with a gentleman who guided us through ordering the sprays as well as our additional requests. Before leaving each of us were given a rose and extended condolences. When we showed up to the funeral home the sprays were BEAUTIFUL. Beyond our expectations! We were in town visiting friends and forgot a gift. Thankfully they were open and able to help us out by making up a beautiful bouquet of assorted colored roses. The recipient loved them and said they lasted quite awhile.

I wanted to send my girlfriend flowers at work in Meriden but didn't want to use one of those "national" or 1-800 websites so I Googled, and called this local florist after placing my order directly on their website. They said they had everything in stock to make what I had ordered and they would be delivered same day.  They were, and they were gorgeous! 1 full week later and they still look fresh! They smell wonderful and the roses are gorgeous - NOT grocery store roses. I paid a tad more than those 1-800 places ($79) but the beauty, quality and freshness we're well worth it.
