This was always my favorite place, but now will be one of our regulars. We technically went out to dinner at least 3x a week up until my husband had Open Heart surgery. After doing low sodium and low fat research, it is hard to find a place to eat that meets these restrictions. (Sodium is off the charts!) We went to Rose and Thistle last night and the chef and staff were so accommodating......even brought out no salt butter for our bread. We asked for no butter or salt on our entre (thinking it would taste bland) but it was spectacular! I had the filet which I always get cuz it's ALWAYS perfect and my husband had the salmon. This place is a quiet and relaxing environment and we use to go there every 2-3 months. This is now our weekly dinner out place! More...

My husband and I went for the first time last night and came out full and happy!! My husband had the beef Wellington and I had the filet mignon with crab and bernaise sauce!
They both where amazing cooked perfectly! Waitress was great ! Small cozy place ! We liked the atmosphere too! Looking forward to when we can go back !

Very nice people. 2 chefs came to our table and asked us how was our food. The waitress was right on it with drinks and service. We had an early reservation so it was a nice quiet dinner.
