When a close friend lost her father recently, our group of friends in Utah wanted to all contribute towards a beautiful funeral arrangement for the service in Spokane, but we weren't sure where to go since we are all out of state and didn't have any experience with Spokane florists. We came across the site for Rose & Blossom and decided to submit an order. One of our group members was very concerned about getting a high quality arrangement after a previous disaster when ordering a funeral arrangement from another florist years ago, so we were very picky about how things turned out for this one. The online ordering process was super easy and allowed us to submit as many neurotic instructions as we wanted :) They delivered the arrangement on time with no hassle, and it was absolutely gorgeous based on the photos that her husband sent our group. These ladies made my daughter the most beautiful corsage I have ever seen! Truly out of all the ones I have ever seen this was the most gorgeous! My daughter loved it so much!! It was the perfect size and wasn’t all ribbon like most other locations! Her dates matching boutonnière was beautiful as well! And I loved that it was also on the smaller side. I've been using Rose and Blossom for years and they never disappoint -- it's always beautiful.My wife and I got married in 2010 and Rose and Blossom did our wedding flowers perfectly. From then on, every time I wanted to send or get my wife flowers I've used Rose and Blossom.On our fifth wedding anniversary I called them to see if they could recreate my wife's bridal bouquet as an arrangement and sure enough they were easily able to.Just yesterday, I had some flowers delivered to my wife to celebrate a new job within her company. Not only was it beautiful, but when I realized that the original delivery date I had chosen was wrong, because she wasn't in the office that day, they easily changed the delivery date without hesitation.I also love how I can call and say "she likes peonies" or "she likes hydrangeas" and they'll make something beautiful every time. Great service, quality and accessibility! I stopped in to see the selection of ready made bouquets. I was greeted right away and shown their selection. I commented on the Gerber daisies in one of the bouquets to which got an immediate offer to make up a personalized bouquet. I have used them 2 times. 1 time was great.  But even though the flowers are beautiful. It looks like a 5 year old cut them and stuffed them in a vase.  Looked nothing like what I ordered.  They are not  arranged well.  Delivery was fast and on time.Update. They did offer to send new flowers. I did give them 3 stars. But they  did try and make up for this. They said they are very proud of their designs. But this arrangemt should of never been delivered . It wasn't designed. So 4 stars for trying to correct it. More...

When I met with Terri for a bridal consult I had some ideas of what I wanted and showed her pictures of what I liked. She made a detailed plan down to the very last flower of what everything would look like before I had even committed to Rose and Blossom. Other florists I went to didn’t present me with anything even close to Terri’s detailed plan. After choosing Rose and Blossom I sent more photos and changed what I wanted a few times over several months. Every time I made a change Terri was really quick about updating my file and letting me know updated prices. The day of my wedding I couldn’t have been more happy! The flowers were beautiful! She made a flower chandelier that looked just like the picture I sent! They were exactly what I imagined and hoped for! I originally planned on DIYing my wedding flowers, but my DOC suggested Rose & Blossom when I told her my price range. I went to the initial consultation and was very impressed with their prices, so we booked them. When the flowers came the day of the wedding, they were very impressive and nothing at all went wrong. We had 20 centerpieces, two large ceremony arrangements that we repurposed for the reception, a piece for our welcome sign, and all bouquets, boutonnieres and corsages for about $2200. Communication was OK. They never did a mock up, so the end result was kind of a surprise, but it was very much what we had described in our consultation.
