I've spent most of my life thinking pain while waking up, walking up stairs, and playing with my kids was due to being overweight. Dr. Roscoe, from the very beginning, showed me that it wasn't normal for someone my age to be experiencing these types of pains, and he even started asking me about other pains or difficulties (that I didn't mention to him) because he knows how the body works. Anthony and his amazingly talented team not only helped educate me on how to properly walk up stairs, squat, and stretch so I don't hurt myself, and it has been a game changer! I'm so thankful for their kindness and wisdom. Sometimes you don't know what you don't know. Roscoe Physiotherapy understands where someone like me is coming from, meets you there, and then helps you grow into the healthy and pain-free person that you can be! After my mom went through some minor injuries, she saw a couple different places to try and help treat her eventually leading her to Roscoe. She had nothing, but great reviews and experiences. I began following their page shortly after. The sense of community importance is evident, from attending events and races around the community, to the posts on their page speak nothing but care for the individual, not just the injury, and positive overall growth. Dr. Anthony is the best of the best. If you are looking for a customized treatment plan based on your needs (not what your insurance company says you need,) you need to go see the best physical therapist I have ever met. I've had shoulder pain and discomfort for years. I finally decided to see a physical therapist after a friend recommended me to Roscoe Physiotherapy. Dr. Anthony evaluated my shoulder and really took the time to not only assess my pain but to also get to know me as an individual. He then developed an exercise routine that he would help me with and also instructed me to do simpler exercises that I could do at home.
