came here to get a pizza I ordered it for pick up and wen I got there the young girl at the front was so sweet my pizza was ready just came out the oven it was fresh and smelled so good when I was getting ready to pay the young girl hooked me up with a 15% off coupon I am very grateful for that. ... the staff was so nice and when I finally got home and ate the pizza I just had to call them back and let them know how good it was and thank them!!! Absolutely the worst experience ever in my life from a staff that has no common sense. The swear words from the cooks were heard from every customer and I saw a male cook demoralize a female. When I tried to raise a concern it was met with no attention and the manager was shaking when he handed me my refund. Whoever is the owner should be embarrassed at the very least. The worst customer service I have ever had. This place should have their franchise revoked. They redeemed mu groupon and gave me no food because they accidentally gave my order to someone else. wanted me to wait another 40 min for my order. im out my groupon, 3 hours of my time, food, and 20 bucks for NOTHING!
