We've been using Rosa's ProCleaning for about ten months and are very happy with the service. The team is professional, respectful, efficient, and reliable. I have to round up two scaredy cats and relocate them to their cattery just before the cleaners arrive. This ritual entails coaxing the cats out from underneath the couch. The fact that the staff is always on time makes this fiasco much easier to plan. Ricardo is extremely accommodating and a great communicator. The women that came to clean my apartment for a move-out cleaning service we're amazing! They were super sweet and professional. They went above and beyond to be helpful. I had left a couple of items in the bathroom vanity and the women offered to take it out and put it aside so that they could clean those areas and put it back or put it in a box for me. They cleaned everything to a perfect condition! The price was so much better than all of the other local cleaning service companies. Ricardo, the person I communicated with to make all of the arrangements was super accommodating, communicative, friendly and professional. I had a fantastic experience with this company regarding my move-out cleaning. Although there was a bit of miscommunication at the beginning regarding the estimate/price, the owner Ricardo made sure to work with me to make sure I was a happy customer. As for the actual cleaning, the ladies did a phenomenal job! I was impressed with their level of care and attention-to-detail, as they clearly took their time to make sure my expectations were met. The ladies who did my move out clean were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! The house was literally spotless when I came back to pay them. (Wish my new house's management company would have used them bc what I moved into was filthy.) Highly recommend Rosa's ProCleaning! Will be calling them for random cleanings in my new place. Rosa's did an amazing job on a whole house move out cleaning. My parents had been in their house for 20 years and had accumulated a lot of dirt and mess. The refrigerator, blinds, walls, floors, baseboards, bathrooms, and cabinets looked better than they ever had. Really great job by their team! I had them do a moveout cleaning for me. They did a good job. One thing that bothered me was after they were done one of the employees asked me to make sure everything was satisfactory. I found several spots on the baseboards that were missed. When I explained this to the employee, she asked me to show her. I showed her the first spot and she made note of it, and then received a phone call and proceeded to talk on the phone and made no effort to remedy the remaining spots. I was shopping around for a move-out cleaning of my condo, and Rosa's was very quick to respond on the Yelp app. The cleaning team showed up promptly, and we discussed an overview of what had to be done. They were up front about the pricing and adjusted my quote a little before starting work, since they could tell my condo was going to take more time than they expected. I came back very impressed by what the ladies had accomplished in two and a half hours. There were a couple of wet dust bunnies left behind by whatever they used to clean the baseboards, but easy to forgive because they did such a phenomenal job in the kitchen that needed a lot of elbow grease! They did such a wonderful job cleaning our home! We have 2 dogs and a cat so there is TONS of dog hair in our house, they did a great job cleaning it all up and left our house looking spotless! Since we have never had cleaners come to our house before we did the "deep cleaning" package and they truly cleaned it all, our baseboards and window sills looks spotless and I could not be happier. Was really thankful for this cleaning and the speed at which they were able to book. I did a deep cleaning and WOW does it feel nice coming back to a freshly cleaned house. I was a little worried to leave the house but everything was perfectly in its place (or in a cuter place) when I got back. I walked around, running my finger on every ledge, picture frame, etc and was very pleased to find NO dust. The blinds were super clean too!. The one thing I was a little disappointed about was that they don't vaccuum the top of the bed before putting the sheets on (this is probably a me thing - not worth taking a star off for). This was a move out cleaning of a condo. These folks might provide a good cleaning but I didn't find out because after providing a quote they increased the amount after they arrived. Increase was about 20%. This possible increase wasn't disclosed in their email quote and I felt that it was more than the job was worth. I also felt that it was a bait and switch. We disagreed on the amount of cleaning that was required as I had already cleaned several areas and the place was going to be painted. It was completely empty with no trash and all floors had been swept. There were a number of items on their task list that they did not have to do which made the job less in scope as well. They knew in advance how large the condo was, that it was 3 stories, the number of rooms and baths, etc. They were responsive initially but they also had to change the time the night before the appointment due to a staffing issue. I was looking for another house cleaner and found Rosa's ProCleaning. They were able to give me a reasonable quote based on the rooms I needed cleaned and came out the same week. They were efficient and got the job done. They did leave some pet hair behind, but I believe that can be fixed with a little extra communication on my part. As a landlord, I always re-clean my units after the tenants leave. Rosa's is excellent! Very thorough in areas overlooked by many. Door bins of refrigerator are cleaned perfectly. Very happy with our first experience. Ricardo responded very quickly after my quote request I submitted on Yelp for a deep cleaning. He was very easy to work with and responsive anytime I had a question. Their pricing was fair. They were able to set up a time the following week for our deep cleaning. He confirmed our appointment the day before and even asked if they could show up a bit early. Three ladies showed up and worked very hard to give our house a deep cleaning. I haven't seen the counters sparkle like that since we moved in to the house. They were very thorough and even dusted our light fixtures and ceiling fans. We paid additional to have them clean our oven which was really dirty inside and they did a fantastic job! I called Rosa's ProCleaning after reading all of the positive reviews on Yelp. The quote I received for "deep cleaning" from Rosa's was well-priced. I needed professional housecleaners to clean my house-there was more to do than I could do myself. The team showed up and did an excellent job of transforming my "not ready for company" house into "I am ready for company now!" The women arrived with everything they needed to clean my house.
