Bonnie and her team were absolutely amazing! If you are looking for a fantastic professional who is more than able to help you realize your vision then Rosalie's of Sedona is your caterer! Despite the difficult weather conditions (outdoor reception in 45 degree weather at night), Bonnie and her team delivered for our wedding reception with their professionalism, delicious food, exceptional customer service, and a willingness to work with us through everything. I would highly recommend Rosalie's of Sedona for any catering needs; they even do catering for rehearsal dinners! My husband and I couldn't be happier with how our wedding day went at Tlaquepaque. Bonnie and her team are amazing and frankly we don't have the words to express our thanks how beautiful our wedding was. Our family expressed how amazing our food was! There were a little mishaps but seriously we had no idea until way after the fact! When we decided to marry in Sedona, Rosalie's was a name that just kept coming up. She was highly recommended by several venues. She was the only caterer we met with, and after meeting Bonnie and trying their food, that won it for me. My husband didn't even want to try anyone else. Honestly, no matter what we write, it will not come close to how amazing Rosalie’s of Sedona was. The food & service was, of course, an absolute hit. Aileen & I had so many compliments regarding the food from the hors d’oeuvres to the main course stuffed chicken that we had to let Bonnie know at the end of our reception. It couldn’t have been more perfect!Bonnie of Rosalie’s was the backbone for the entire event. She helped us with the rentals, choosing the linens, colors, you name it! Her patience to walk us through the process was truly sincere. This was a tremendous help to us because we elected to not hire a wedding planner. Her experience truly showed during the 5 1/2 hours we had at the venue.If you are planning a wedding in Sedona or anywhere around the area, you must work with Rosalie’s of Sedona. Hiring a caterer is the biggest investment for most weddings. We felt we got way more than just that. I definitely recommend Rosalie’s! Bonnie has this process nailed! Her team was great on the day of the wedding. I couldn’t have asked for a better run reception, especially for a destination. I love how she took care of a lot of the details (vendors, etc). It made my life so easy. The food was great and she was extremely accommodating on the menu. I’m sad I won’t have another wedding! To share some context, we were married 10+ years ago and still have the fondest of memories of Bonnie and Rosalie who took such amazing care of us and our guests. From our first meeting, to tastings, to the plates they sent us as we took some time for ourselves between the ceremony and reception. Friends still talk about the prickly pear margaritas, and I still crave the lamb chops that came out of the Rosalie's of Sedona kitchen.They'll take care of you like you're one of their family, which we still feel we are all these years later!Thanks Bonnie and Rosalie! My wedding planner suggested I go with Rosalie's and I'm so glad I did. I wasn't feeling very creative about my wedding food so I quickly picked out a wide variety of food I liked on Rosalie's menu and asked her to create a menu for the day for me. I literally spent about 45 minutes on the entire food planning process for my wedding. Â I was a little worried that I should have tried the food beforehand or thought about it more, but my trust in Rosalies was completely warranted. The guests raved about the food. Absolutely nothing went wrong with the food delivery and set up and she brought so much food we were eating yummy leftovers for days. I especially heard good things about her bruschetta station. I have to say that I barely manged to eat at my wedding, but what I did try was great and I was happy that my guests were so happy. I'm also happy that I still have leftovers in my refrigerator and freezer so I don't have to cook this week! More...

There are a few times in life you are looking for the perfect caterer, our wedding was one of them. Bonnie and Rosalie are professional on every level. They set our wedding reception up to perfection! We couldn't have asked for a better day! Every detail was accounted for and bonnie makes certain you have all the information you need. Not only that, but the meal is fabulous! We actually skipped a cake and went for her dessert plate!!! Our guests were extremely impressed! Rosalie's of Sedona is worth every penny!!! More...
