A great website starts with fantastic communication and expectation setting. Prior to engaging we ask all the right questions to get to the heart of your goals and deliverables. After we engage we always try and kickoff in person (or virtually) for a discovery meeting. Then we go into research and planning mode. After that we typically move into design and development. We review at all the critical points along the project timeline. Then we test, launch and celebrate!

What are your revenue goals?
Is the target market B2C, B2B, SAAS, Internal, or in the Channel?
Is your project focused on selling a product or service? If so what kind?
Who are your top competitors?
If you currently have a website and or social media accounts we'd love to take a look at them before speaking to assess issues right away.
What do you love most about your job?
I've been building and marketing online brands since 1996. I love working with people and helping them tactically achieve brand marketing success. My favorite thing is watching people feeling not just satisfied but motivated after we complete our work. Somehow we end up creating tools that make our customers more confident.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was lucky to know many people in my hometown: Seattle, WA. Since I grew up working in popular restaurants as a kid, played live music around town, and dabbled in acting in theaters...I just knew a ton of people. It wasn't six months before people starting asking me to build websites for them. Before I knew it I had so much work I need to start a company. Thus...RoryMartin.com was born.

Absolutely. We've been offering remote services for years. Many of our clients are out of state or even international. We use project tools like video conferencing, Slack, Pardot, Salesforce, Basecamp, Dropbox, etc.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We're 100% remote until we get critical mass vaccination. We are happy to mask up and social distance for in person meetings as well.
