Roots - Executive Health

Working with Roots was very comforting. I have always wanted to get in better shape and live a healthier lifestyle, but like most people, I was nervous and afraid of going to the gym and didn’t know how to actually start. After speaking with Roots and listening to his training plan for me, I felt a lot more confident about starting my new year goal of getting in shape. He never made me feel like I was inadequate, and he always pushed me to be better. If I could only name one positive thing about Roots, it would be how he always motivated and complimented me on my progress. On those days when I wasn’t in the mood, or my mind was telling me to quit, the positive nudge from Roots really helped me push forward and remember what my goal was.
