How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
The food that we eat is the most important factor in determining our health outcomes. The old saying cannot be overlooked, "You are what you eat."
What do you love most about your job?
The greatest reward in my work is seeing someone find the answers and healing they were searching for, even after seeing all of the "specialists" and trying all of the fancy services provided by the modern medical system.
Getting to see the power of nature flow through my patients, and then having them realize it is the greatest gift!
What inspired you to start your own business?
Rooted to Wellness started out of necessity to answer a set of complex questions, "What is the root cause of chronic disease and how can we stop it?"
It became clear, after studying the human body and its complex connections, that the center of our health is the gut. When left untouched, healing is nearly impossible.
When the gut is addressed, on a personalized scale, only then can a person truly heal and thrive to their better self. This is the mission of Rooted to Wellness, to help each and every person realize their full potential by diving into their unique diet powering the vehicle to get them there.

I offer a guarantee of care for any patient that enters into a program of care. I guarantee results within 100 days of initiating care when following my clinical recommendations, otherwise my time is free.
