What great people and business owners Kevin and Michelle are; they’re without a doubt hardworking honest people with huge hearts! Romulus Flowers & Gifts received a phone call from me last night about 4 dozen white/pink roses. A Saturday night after business hours. Without hesitation and question they made it happen for me. Making calls to their distributors and everyone in between. Not only are they friends, they’re close enough to be consider family. With that being said I don’t want you to think I receive great service because of our relationship so please see for yourself. Stop in the store, order online, call.... I guarantee top notch service and quality in flowers and arrangements. If not call me. I’ll complain for you lol! I cannot thank you both enough for everything you’ve done for myself, Brittany , Kevin , Rose and family. Please anyone looking for flowers for any occasion give them a call. We love you and thank you for everything during this hard time! You’re truly great people inside and out!Update: Did I mention it’s Sunday and they’re closed? Did I mention they opened shop for me? Did I mention they even delivered for me in their personal vehicle? I probably forgot to mention as well that they actually provided me with more than I ordered. I just spoke with the new owner of Romulus Flowers and Gifts. Top notch guy. I had left a negative review for the former owner(s) of this flower shop. During the call, Kevin explained to me how the business is under new ownership. They have a wonderful business plan in place. The fact alone that he reached out to me speaks volumes to their dedication to quality customer service. His call alone has made me a customer for life.
