Rollin Smoke Barbeque

It's got flavor, stoked on all the sauces on the self serve counter but every piece of meat and poultry we ordered were dry. I wanted to praise you on the smoked wings but I was sadly disappointed, ain't no smokiness in them wings, I not on to it and almost broke off my front teeth! Dryer than my face on a cold  day. Well, what can I say, this place is a must.   My husband and I both grew up in the south so moving to Vegas we needed to find a good bbq spot.  We seen all of the great reviews online so we knew we had to check it out.   You can literally smell the bbq as soon as you pull up to the restaurant.  The casual atmosphere is filled with a bit of hustle and bustle due to it being so busy. My husband's favorite items on the menu are the greens, sausages, and brisket. I'm a sucker for all of their different homemade bbq sauces, juicy chicken and melt in your mouth corn bread. Worst experience of my life! I was so horrified and embarrassed by one of their employees. When we ordered I was asked if I wanted a drink I said no I am going to share with my husband. The lady said okay I am going to give you this cup so it doesn't look obvious. I didn't know it was for water only so I put soda in it. An employee who was walking by saw it and he walked up to me and said this cup is only for water and took it from me even after I told him the other employee gave it to me. I was so horrified and felt like a criminal over some soda. If they didn't charge $4.00 for one I would have gotten two. I will never eat there again. More...

Great spot away from the strip. Their menu offers a grandiose amount of options. The big selection is not limited to the food, but includes the sauce options. I think I lucked out coming on a Monday afternoon, because I see no reason for people to not come here. I had the burnt ends, pulled pork, and rib tips. Each item was great, and coupled with the sauce...remarkable. Lots of tvs for sports, ample space for a crowd. Too much to praise about my experience here. This was great food, served by a great and attentive staff. The food was amazing and well prepared. The sides included, corn fritters, bacon potato salad, fried okra, collard greens and a delicious Chipotle cold slaw.

This place is consistently good! I have eaten at this place a lot and every time, never disappointed! They have a huge menu to speak to just about anyone's tastes buds and pretty decent sized portions. Held my wedding reception here as well and my family loved it! Customer service is amazing and friendly. Last visit, my husband and I tried the all you can eat bbq and boy it was delicious!! Everything was good, we had the brisket, baby back, and St. Louis ribs, beef ribs, hot links, catfish, fried shrimp, Mac and cheese, potato salad, and green beans. The corn nuggets are good too! The sliced brisket was a little on the dry side compared to the burnt ends so I must of got the leftovers from the day before. The sides were bomb though, I should've ordered more. I'm never disappointed when I get some Rollin smoke BBQ. Ribs and pulled pork are crazy and the brisket is amazing. Sides will make you go crazy. I'm super full every time

Fantastic BBQ, great service too.   A perfect post Area15 lunch.   We were very hungry after a few hours at Area15. The lemon pepper wings were dry, and looked like a dog treat. The shrimp were dry and chewy and the fish was all breading. The Mac and cheese tasted like straight black pepper and was a weird consistency. The beans were trash. Over all terrible food. I tried this for the first time and did the all you can eat. It's A LOT of food to try. It was all pretty good, but the burnt ends are one of the best things I've ever put in my mouth. .. This place doesn't need my review,.. went there in early February after taking a car to get a paint estimate. Garage door jumped out at me again. Eat just enough to hate yourself.  The food is amazing! Super tender fall-off-the-bone meats. Definitely get the brisket, ribs and chicken. Those are my go-tos. But the turkey is also moist and tender as well. Chipotle coleslaw is perfectly seasoned with sweet corn added to the mix. Fried Pickles (fried peefectly) with Chipotle sauce.
