This place is a hidden gem. Everything was pretty much perfect. Best Italian restaurant I have ever been too, thats not upscale. Waitress was kind and attentive and sat us quickly. I am used to other small Italian restaurants being overpriced, especially for the mediocre food they make. This place is the opposite. Priced almost too cheap and well made, as well as actually caring for the presentation which is hardly done at any restaurant. Portions are just right, not too much not too little. Calamari was cooked perfectly which is no small feat. Garlic rolls are the best I had, small but amazing. Lasagna was great, yes the sauce is a tad bit sweet but refreshing to taste a sauce that actually doesn't taste like every other Italian restaurant's sauce. Even the dessert (Lava cake) was perfect and actually looked better than the picture advertising it. I am used to seeing restaurants reviewed highly and being mediocre but this restaurant deserves its high rating, as close to perfect as it gets! More...

Chef Victor was an absolute dream to work with. His professionalism, passion, and talent are unmatched and made my wedding a breeze. The food was phenomenal and got SO many compliments. My guests have told me the fruit, meat and cheese hors d’oeuvre display was beautiful and everything was amazing. I didn’t get to see it because my guests attacked it, it was THAT good! Rollatini is hands down the best restaurant for catering out there. Not only are they completely reasonable with their prices, their food is DELICIOUS. I highly recommend hiring Chef Victor and his AMAZING team for your wedding!

Chef Victor is so helpful and allows you to come in for a FREE tasting to help you pick your menu items. He is so easy to work with and is the most genuine person you will EVER meet. My guests raved about the food and were so happy with the choices we offered.

For our dinner we had a buffet style menu. We chose 2 passed hor'dourves (calamari and meatballs), 2 proteins (chicken parmesan and steak), 2 pastas (penne a la vodka and fettucine alfredo), one platter of mixed vegetables, salad, and garlic rolls. The mix of food was perfect and gave the guests plenty to choose from.

Not only was the food delicious, the table presentation was gorgeous and Chef Victor fed ALL of my vendors FOR FREE!

I promise you will not be disappointed if you hire Chef Victor and his team. I will definitely be hiring them for any parties in the future! More...

If I could give this place 4.5 stars I would. I've been eating frequently at this place since moving to the area about a year ago. It is tucked away at the end of a simple shopping center off of Lake Worth road  about 1 mile east off the Turnpike.I've had nothing but positive experiences as it pertains to the level of service. Servers here are polite, efficient and attentive. When I go to eat I pretty much have the same thing, Lasagna. In fact, many times I am asked if I am having the usual. I've tried other dishes there and it's all good, but Lasagna happens to be my favorite dish. One inconsistency though is the portion size of the Lasagna which varies at times. This obviously has nothing to do with the servers. Sometimes the portion size is good, but sometimes it is a smaller serving than usual ....Anyway, all in all it's a good place to go eat.*NOTE: If visiting during the Winter when many snowbirds are in town, expect to wait a bit if arriving after 6:00PM.
