IM THEIR COVER PHOTO!! I'm honored to have been chosen, especially because the halo halo here is among the best. They don't skimp on ingredients, and have GENEROUS portions. I've yet to try the lunch offerings here, but the place was packed when I came.... it seems really great. Furthermore, their Instagram is run very well. If you love Ube this is the place to be!! Interesting interior it's a bit of a weird setting but still comfortable. I've been here twice now and have not been disappointed. This place is family owned and you can tell. It's kind of like going to your favorite aunties house. Sunday's are the best since they have the breakfast buffet and you can find some Filipino favorites like kare kare, longanisa, garlic rice, pinakbet, sinigang, etc. Its a great place to gather with friends and enjoy good food. They also have good halo halo and with yelp there's usually an offer for a free mini when you come visit. My favorite is the ube flavor. It's not super fancy just nice and comfortable with good fooUpdate 11/2019: they no longer serve the Filipino buffet!!! This made me so sad because I took my bf and kept talking about how awesome the buffet was only to leave super sad and disappointed. This was the only Filipino buffet near me and it was soooo good! Enter the Restaurant, there is seating and an Ice Cream Counter and Window. Walk past that and encounter the back side of the store for the Food Display case. My 1st time at a Filipino Restaurant. I have had this type of food at work social events in the past. I recognize a couple of items. The items available that I have not seen before, i asked for the description of what is it? The nice young lady assisting me, offered me taste samples along with the description. I tried the Garlic Rice, to see if indeed it was just named that or does the taste back it up? The Garlic Rice was it!!!! I tested the Dinuguan (It said Blood Pork). It was very dark in color. The taste has a little vinegary BUT that Pork was super tender. YES, let's get it. I ordered the 2 item plate. The other was BBQ Chicken, the usual familiar taste that I had in the past. Still good.All in all I give this place Roline's a 5 Stars All Day. The thing that took it to the 5 Stars is they fact they honor Military and Veterans with a discount. Brovo!!! I will be back when in the area again. More...

Took my family here for my Dad's birthday this weekend for their Kamayan dinner and their famous halo halo bar. We absolutely loved everything from the presentation, the family vibe, friendly service and of course the yummy food! Just had the Halo-halo dessert and it was perfect on a hot day. Got the large size with plenty of toppings and a big scoop of Ube ice cream to top it off. They have smaller sizes but the large is the way to go. (in my opinion, hahaha)Next time I'm around the area will diffidently will try the Filipino food. We ate our Halo-halo in the restaurant and they had a good amount of folks buying food and the desserts. Poplar place, pretty easy location to get to and spacious place with a friendly staff. 1st time eating halo halo! Yum yum yum! We checked in on yelp and received a mini size halo halo. Perfect for my little daughter. I got another halo halo regular size to share with my husband. Went here to meet up my sister for some authentic Filipino food. Surprisingly, there weren't a lot food choices. Depending on what day of the week you visit certain dishes may not be available. Of course everyone makes their food differently in Filipino culture. The pancit was good. The chicken adobo was a little different than what I am use to. My sister really really wanted more variety. So for her she didn't get what she wanted. Again because there are different specials each day of the week, you may not get your fix of what you love. Hands down the best halo halos in town! I love how they ask you beans or no beans, and when you say no beans they don't lessen the rest of the other toppings. Love the ice cream options. Did someone say HALO-HALO BAR?! YESS!! Perfect for a hot summer day after shopping in Vacaville, we made a stop here to check it out and reward ourselves with a summer treat. The service and atmosphere // pretty much you order at the counter top (point and pick kind of place) and find any open seating available. Family orientated atmosphere and a cute aquarium on the side wall. I will start with the good - halo halo is amazing! My fiance said it was the best halo-halo he's had in awhile! it was loaded with lots of bean and jellies and the buko pandan ice cream on top made for a refreshing treat! The food - was just ok. We got the 2 item combo with pancit and garlic rice. My fiance got some kind of meat in a tomato stew - tasted like beef stew which was good - but minus one star for the sinigang! OMG I was so sad that all the protein in that soup was nothing but 90% inedible fat. Overall // great halo-halo but we probably won't be back for the food. Ordered the chicken adobo plate with pancit. It was my first time trying it so I was a bit nervous but was pleasantly surprised at how flavorful and tasty it was. Well priced for the portion too. Just wish they had smaller portion sizes for the lumpia or a lunch combo that maybe included a piece. My daughter ate my leftovers a couple of days later and loved it. Can't wait to go back and try other dishes as well as the dessert.
