What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about being in the security industry is the protection we offer. Having a client tell you how happy they are and how safe they feel now that your providing them with protection is truly a great feeling. Seeing the change from when you first start with a new client to the positive progress you've made is one of a kind.
I also truly enjoy having the ability to provide people who need jobs and are qualified with the opportunity to better themselves.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Truthfully, what made me start a security company was simply the right opportunity. When I was 18 years of age I had an opportunity present itself where an individual needed security protection for a short period of time. I looked up the laws on starting a security agency and did what was needed to get licensed. I provided the security myself to build up a bankroll for payroll and eventually started hiring employees. Fast forward 18 years and I now have over 50+ full time employees.
