This is the best gym - friendly, customized work out plans, and seasoned trainers to teach you how to work out and how to work out safely. I've always dragged myself to go to LA fitness, run on a treadmill, do some yoga here and there, but never achieved my goal of weight-loss, toned body, and healthy eating habit. This gym changed everything and I am very happy with the result. I am much healthier, toner and comfortable with what type of workout I should do to push myself a bit harder everyday. It's worth every penny to join the ROEIC family. All you need to bring is a little motivation, and the seasoned coaches will take that motivation to guide you to achieve your personal workout goal. I joined the gym on Feb 2018. My body sored for a good couple weeks or so, but it was all worth it. Since February, I've had numerous days of guiltless beer and dinner after a good sweaty workout. Thanks ROEIC, and I hope everyone have a chance to experience this amazing transformation through this gym like I did. More...

By far the best gym experience you could ever have. I worked out in traditional gyms for years. Heard about CrossFit but never gave a try until 2 years ago. Found ROEIC and I've been going ever since. Awesome atmosphere, awesome trainers, and a great community feel with all the people who work out here. Love it! More...

The BEST crossfit gym you will find in the area, maybe even the world! IDK, but definitely the best I have ever been to. This isnt a super competitive gym like so many others out there, this is a way more relaxed atmosphere and everyone is super friendly and supportive from the beginning. No girls in skimpy outfits and RBF here! You will not regret trying crossfit if you start your journey here! It is definitely for everyone in the community but it will kick your butt as well, if you want it to! No one forces you to do anything you dont feel comfortable doing here! You need to try it!! I love this place. I have a 24 hour fitness pass but I don't remember the last time I checked in since I started crossfit. ROEIC is a family environment and everyone motivates everyone. All the trainers are really friendly. They really pay attention to everyone's form and makes sure everyone is comfortable.Besides that, I've been working out at 24 for 7 years and I haven't seen results as much as I see here at ROEIC in months. I highly recommend this gym to all of my fellow yelpers who are trying to find a new gym family! More...

I'm always intimidated to work out because 1) i dont know what i'm doing, and 2) everyone else does.  this place is GREAT.  I tried it for the first time yesterday and had a great time!  it's not at all intimidating, the owners/instructors are AWESOME!  they're so nice, and make you feel welcome, and they let you move at your pace while still pushing you - in the best way possible.  it's literally the first time i've felt comfortable in any kind of gym space. I've been doing cross fit on and off for about a year now. I tried a few different cross fit gyms in the area, but nothing compared to ROEIC. The gym has everything you could want: great trainers, up to date equipment, and challenging workouts. Mark, Morcos, and Cecilia are amazing. They push me while still maintaining a safe environment for every member. I definitely would say that coming to ROEIC is one of the best parts of my day. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great work out and an equally great community. More...

I have a love-hate relationship with fitness. I love the feeling I have after but dread the actual workout. ROEIC was able to completely change that for me. CrossFit is pretty difficult but extremely fun and rewarding. Fun in that you are doing a different workout every single day and it's really difficult to get bored. In a matter of two months, I've been able to gain the results I haven't been able to do with a traditional workout over a much longer period of time and have gained the muscle definition I've always been wanting. There are plenty of CrossFIt gyms sprouting up these days but I definitely would choose none other than ROEIC. Scheduling is extremely flexible and easy to do; just let them know what works for you. All of the trainers/coaches are extremely friendly and work with you on any level. In both the personal training and group workouts, they each take the time to ensure your form is correct, modify the workout to your own personal fitness level, and give you the friendly push to work your hardest throughout the workout. Whether you're already in great shape or struggling to get near that point (like me), the staff at ROEIC make sure you are always challenging yourself and improving. With small classes, you feel a sense of community amongst your fellow gym goers. There is a competitive edge to each workout which makes the workout enjoyable and helps you push yourself harder. ROEIC has completely changed the way I look at fitness and now I enjoy both the feeling I have both during and after the workout. I don't know a single person who hasn't been happy with their progress at ROEIC so if you are looking for a friendly, yet competitive environment to improve your fitness level, look no further than ROEIC. I started coming here about two months ago with the goal of losing body fat. On day one, my percent body fat was 14% (not too high) but I wanted 9%! Well today is day 46 in my two month plan and I'm at 9.9% (yay me - so close!!!). So a couple things you should know before starting, like any workout or fitness plan, you need to commit! You HAVE to commit! Their scheduling is very very very flexible; you just have to let them know in advance what works for YOU! Plus they're there like every day (throughout the day)! On the first day, they put me through a series of fitness tests ranging from running, jumping, and lifting. Yesterday I replicated those exact tests and the results showed in the improvements!Nutrition & eating habits: Ask them!! They put me on an equal balanced diet where I actually had to eat more food than my usual meals! I needed to eat more food...who would have guessed? Ultimately: If you can commit to the nutrition plan they give you and go to their gym at least 2-3 times a week, you will both see and feel results! Why R.O.E.I.C CrossFit? 1. Friendly staff2. Great location3. Flexible hours4. Family like environment5. Never too busyBut on a serious note...do you even lift bro? More...

I have been doing Crossfit for about two years, and I have seen a lot of different gyms. On a recent visit to Claremont I visited Roeic multiple times. This place has a great atmosphere that is extremely welcoming to all skill levels. It is the perfect combination of intensity/competitiveness and positive encouragement. Both Mark and Morkus are knowledgable and supportive. If you're an experienced Crossfitter or a beginner looking for a lifestyle change, Roeic is very conducive to both. More...

My husband and I bought a living social deal for this crossfit gym and it was one of the best decisions we made. I have never done any lifting before and my husband used to be a football player; and it was perfect for both of us. We were both challenged specific to our need. Mark & Mark are AWESOME! They push you to your limit but do it in a positive and fun way. I actually looked forward to going to crossfit! The people who go here are encouraging and you feel like you're on a team. You'll sweat like never before and do things you never thought you could (pull-ups anyone?). More...

They take their job seriously and love what they do!! They get everyone pumped, even if you feel tired; afterwards you're wide awake and ready for your day!!! So instead of watching tv with lame commercials come workout with us!!! This place is awesome!! Both Mark and Marcus are very easy to workout with.  They watch everyone while they are working out to make sure they are safe, doing the workout correctly and to encourage them.  They are great at changing a workout to meet your specific needs and very attentive to each person there.  What's awesome is that they know you by NAME! Everyone is smiling when you come into the door and is glad to see you. You get support from the other members as well.  Everyone pushes you and helps when you don't understand something.  When I first went I wasn't sure what to expect, but I DID expect it to be hard!!! And it was!! Wow they push you so hard that sometimes you're not sure if you will get through but you do!! They make sure you make your goal. The other thing I like is that there is always something new.  I went for a month and I don't think I did the same workout more than twice.  We ran a lot which was a repeat, but when they used the other equipment it is nothing like I have ever seen before.  I workout and stay pretty active but THIS is something completely out of my comport zone of what I am used to and I liked it!! I am always up for new challenges and coming here gave me that challenge.I keep going back for more! If you have not tried it do it!! You will leave sore, in pain and sweating like you never have before!  But the results are so worth it! It's a supportive and encouraging environment to workout in that makes you feel comfortable :-) More...

Did I mention cross fit is hard? If you were wondering, it is very difficult. However, these guys make it fun and challenging.  I signed up with the S.O. for their living social promotion at the beginning of this month. I am now at the end of my special and so I feel that I can write an honest review of my experience.Every single time I have contact with either Mark (both owners are Mark) they make me feel at home.  When we first started, they took our measurements to give us a good idea at the end of the month of our progress. They were also willing to discuss nutrition with us which is a huge plus.We are currently practicing cross fit 3 x a week. Scheduling is a breeze with the facility, as they only require you to send an email in advance. The work outs change everyday. When you walk in, you have a "WOD" and you are challenged to complete it. Some days are moderate and some days are extremely hard. Whether you are a first timer or an experienced exerciser, they always accomodate and you do not feel behind the pack.Half of the class in cross fit is designed to show you how to execute the move and the other half is the actual execution. I really appreciate this because for those of us who are not super coordinated, it makes us feel like we can better replicate the movement if we go over it first. The gym is filled with nice people every class. I have met some people and get to see familiar faces at the different workouts.  It's nice to have that sense of community. If you are looking for a cross fit facility in the Inland Empire, look no further. I'm a huge fan of this operation and I will definitely recommend them to anyone.Oh yeah, I am starting to get some muscle definition. Go me. More...

So I've tried this gym a few times and have been very satisfied with the experience. I've tried the personal training and the classes. Personal training is great if you're uncomfortable with the typical gym experience because they offer 1 on 1 in a private gym  where u r the only one being trained at that time. U can also choose group setting if you like a more fun/competitive experience. The trainers are motivating and encouraging and definitely care about their clients and their health. It's definitely a positive workout experience without that intimidating factor. More...

One month in, and I can confidently say as an accomplished P90X and Insanity graduate, the ROEIC experience is much more involved, challenging and gratifying than any other "packaged" workout that I've tried. ROEIC provides a coach(es) that assess your ability, encourages you to raise the bar, demonstrates and explains the purpose of the WOD, critiques your form for safety and efficiency, and records your trend to make your results evident. The gym is a standard crossfit atmosphere with a touch of nerd. Loads of space and in the foothills. NOTHING like a 24-hour fitness. More...
