Contacted this company and they are quick to offer you their free inspection.The only contractor at this business is the owner and is not vaccinated for covid. We had a problem about 2 years ago and they were responsive .However they were supposed to come back for a follow up and never did. Mind blowing! Â Isaias was relentless in finding the causes of our rat problem in the attic until he solved the problem! Â What I love is that I was fully CONFIDENT that he had the experience and determination to get the job done. Â The customer service is impeccable too. Â It's difficult to find someone who provides excellent customer service! Â Other companies show up only once or twice after you've paid the money and they lack true follow-through. They did an amazing job. Â They were the 4th company I had called to get rid of rat issues I had been having for almost a year. Â They cleaned out my attic and crawl space. Isaias and his team are great! Got a few quotes from other companies, but his had the best value as far as price, work, and warranty. His team was very efficient and worked quickly. Day one they took out the insulation in the attic, did a deep clean, and started rat proofing the attic/house. Day two they came back to finish rat proofing. They came back once a week to check rat traps. Once everything was clear, they redid the insulation. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Had problem with rat infestation in attic. Insulation was over 25 years old. Researched over four exterminator businesses and got quotes. Rodent Exterminator was by far the most economical and great value. The workers and owner are very professional and prepared to work. The cleaning of the attic, covering all holes around property and in attic and placing rat traps was key to resolving the rat infestation. The follow up visits were consistent and frequent. Jackie, office secretary was always responsive and attentive to my requests. Great communication via phone and text. I waited a few months to make sure I heard no more rat noise, in order to get insulation installed and my home now feels more temperature balanced. This place quoted me a ridiculous amt $1800 for a mouse problem. What a joke! After getting 5 quotes from other businesses, the amt quoted confirms how much I was over priced for the job. I think they tap into moms like me who panic about mouse problems. I was told it could take months to trap a mouse and I shouldn't wait until the problem worsen. I dislike being misinformed. I cannot say enough about these guys. I can pretty much put up with anything around the house. I draw the line at RODENTS. So, naturally, when we found out we had unexpected guest(s) in the crawl space finding their way into our house, I said, "Hell NO" and messaged everyone I could find. This was a Monday. No one could come by until Wednesday-- EXCEPT Rodent Exterminator. IsaÃas came by at 5 after calling them at 230. Same day! He identified the problem, help patch things up until the fellas could return Wednesday. They returned early Wednesday morning, did a thorough job and finished ahead of schedule. Oh, and they gave us a great price. Jackie was even very responsive through text to make sure we were satisfied and got us a written report to give to our HOA. i couldn't be anymore thankful with rodent exterminator. i work for a landlord who had his rental property remodeled. Unfortunately prior taking ownership the property had been infested with severe rodent problems causing me huge problems with the tenants and the housing department. after working with 3 other company's fighting to get rid of the infestation, whom were not able to figure out where the rodents entry points were coming in from (there was multiple). i was lucky to find rodent exterminator who successfully fixed the issue the same day after fighting with other company's for a year!!!! they arrived with 5+ people searching and sealing every inch they may possibility be coming from. Â thanks to rodent exterminator i now have peace of mind and can continue to think about other things that need my attention.LASTLY! after 8+months of absolutely not hearing any rodents my tenants called me back mentioning they could have possibility heard a rodent come back in after them experiencing the best 8 months of there life's. i contacted rodent exterminator back since there work comes with WARRANTY! and THEY IMMEDiATLY showed up the very next day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! it was a false alarm and the noise they heard possibility was not a rodent.
