What makes a great website?
The first impression your customer receives when they land on your website is at the top of the hierarchy. Your website must load fast on desktops and mobile. It must look great and appropriate to their expectations for your line of business. It must be easy to navigate and easy to read with nicely sized text. Paragraphs should generally be short to make the website feel inviting and easy to flow through with plenty of white space.

What inspired you to start your own business?
I began building websites in 1997 when the commercial internet was relatively new. I had always had an interest in design and marketing and began developing the skills necessary to build websites. Website development was very different in 1997 and I've had the pleasure to experience the changes and improvements over the past 25 years. WordPress was a game changer and I began using it to develop websites in 2007.
