Roco's Grill was the food truck for my Neighborhoods "Food Truck Friday". I orderd sliced brisket, potatoe salad & cajun rice ($14) and ordered my husband the 2 meat plate with potatoe salad & cajun rice ($17). I also ordered the boudain eggrolls (2 for $5) The portions were very large and the brisket was extremely tender but didn't fall apart. The ribs were cooked perfectly and had the perfect bite. I woke up this morning, I have taste for some delicious bar b que. Some I went to my nephew Rocos Grill & Smokehouse. I bought the loaded bake potato with three meats, and man I not only got my money’s worth, but it was soo delicious! !! My nephew asked me how many people was going to eat this huge bake potato, and I said just me. He said that four people could eat off this meal, so I told him that I was going to eat on it for four days lol. It was definitely worth the money.
