One on One Personal Training
Get personalized attention to your goals. Our one on one sessions have a complete evaluation and assessment procedure to collect all the necessary data about you. We review your medical readiness for exercise, perform a full body analysis with the latest technology, and assess what types of activity and nutrition works best FOR YOU! Developing an individualized requires a balance between our known data, your comfort level, and your budget.

Two on One or Duet Personal Training
Stick to your goals with a friend or workout buddy. Studies have shown that accountability is higher when you join with someone else. The process here requires us to have you work with someone who is somewhat compatible to you both fitness wise and is someone with whom you would enjoy working out. Two on One programs are built as HIIT circuit programs and are best suited for those with minimal injury history.

Three on One or Small Group Personal Training
Dedicate yourselves to the team! With a small group, we can adjust the exercise or intensity to work to your strengths and allow you the time to achieve balance in the different parts of your body. Since we're all built differently, our bodies don't always respond the same ways to exercise. Small groups are great for those looking to commit to a specialized program that can work best with your needs and your goals.
Tired of seeing the same workouts all of the time at the big gyms? Our workouts can be adjusted regularly to break out of the monotony and lack of results from cookie cutter one size fits all large group exercise classes.
Annoyed at the lack of challenge or frustrated by classes being too hard? We can adjust the level of each person while having them performing the same exercises together. Whether it is the movement that is at issue or the weight or resistance, we can tailor the workout to what will give you the best results in the shortest possible time.

I have known Justin Walls personally for many years as a good friend. I have trained with him for at least two or three years at least once or twice a week. Suffice it to say, he knows his business and how to get the best performance with a tailored exercise routine for each client. Each person's training needs are always different and I've seen him not only work with me, but also with others to find the best exercise routine to meet that client's individual training needs regardless of the client's age, physical ability, or other limitations. His gym's equipment and facilities are excellent and top notch. There are two showers each for both men and women in the locker room that are constantly kept clean and plenty of clean gym towels. But rather than rely solely on heavy equipment, he will often rely on strength training and endurance training efforts using plyometric and isometric and balance exercises that emphasize multiple muscle groups, especially the core muscle group and work on not only strength and endurance, but also balance. He often will use the least amount of equipment necessary, the kind of equipment anyone might be able to have at home or a nearby gym -- but to the best and most knowledgable uses -- such as rubber bands and dumb bells or kettle bells and medicine balls and Bosu or balance balls, and mats, and finally and most especially the TRX suspension band that use one's own body weight. Justin is more than personal trainer, he cares about your wellbeing. He is very knowledgeable about different aspects of general health, providing you with valuable information, and refers you to useful resources when you need that.
