My experience at RPT has been nothing but positive. Justin is knowledgeable, professional, and he takes the time to develop. a personal exercise plan for each client...not a “one-size-fits-all” mentality. Justin takes the time to listen to “where the client is,” and takes into account physical limitations, ability and experience. His gym has all of the latest machines and equipment, and it is clean and spacious. I have been working with Justin for 10+ years, as have my children. It is rare when a company actually listens to their customers. Justin is a trainer who doesn't have his own regimen. He listens to his clients and works with them for their training needs.

Highly recommend Justin. He's very personable, listens to you, knows his stuff, and will help you get in shape. His workout are safe and designed for your personal goals. A big bonus is the gym space in a newly renovated building. It is clean, and there is rarely anyone else in the gym! I have known Justin Walls personally for many years as a good friend. I have trained with him for at least two or three years at least once or twice a week. Suffice it to say, he knows his business and how to get the best performance with a tailored exercise routine for each client. Each person's training needs are always different and I've seen him not only work with me, but also with others to find the best exercise routine to meet that client's individual training needs regardless of the client's age, physical ability, or other limitations. His gym's equipment and facilities are excellent and top notch. There are two showers each for both men and women in the locker room that are constantly kept clean and plenty of clean gym towels. But rather than rely solely on heavy equipment, he will often rely on strength training and endurance training efforts using plyometric and isometric and balance exercises that emphasize multiple muscle groups, especially the core muscle group and work on not only strength and endurance, but also balance. He often will use the least amount of equipment necessary, the kind of equipment anyone might be able to have at home or a nearby gym -- but to the best and most knowledgable uses -- such as rubber bands and dumb bells or kettle bells and medicine balls and Bosu or balance balls, and mats, and finally and most especially the TRX suspension band that use one's own body weight. He is a superb coach and will get one to do his or her best each time leaving most to feel a lot better and more confident after the workout. Do consider hiring him as your exercise trainer. More...

I’ve been working out with Justin for several years. He’s a great trainer. The workouts are never boring. He changes them up every session and continues to make them challenging. I recently fractured my ankle and was in a hard cast for 4 weeks.I continued to work out with Justin during this time. I would like to add more on behalf of Justin.Justin is very friendly, and very pleasant to interact with him. He will work with you to reschedule your session to accommodate your availability. Justin is more than personal trainer, he cares about your wellbeing. He is very knowledgeable about different aspects of general health, providing you with valuable information, and refers you to useful resources when you need that. For example, I had to have an invasive procedure on my shoulder.Thanks to Justin, he referred me to an excellent physiotherapist who identified the issues and treated me address the problem. This eliminated going through an unnecessary procedure.I highly recommend Justin as one of the best personal trainer.
