What’s your signature dish?
Texas style BBQ and Tex-mex inspired menu. We cook all of our meats on our offset wood-fire smoker or our charcoal Santa Maria grill. Beef, pork and poultry options are available. Everything from tender brisket, pulled pork, bbq ribs, to charbroiled steak, chicken, sausages and vegetables,
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We ask clients what flavors they like, what proteins they prefer, levels of spice, and of course the type of dinner they are expecting. Working to exceed the clients expectation is always at top of the list.
What do you love most about your job?
Cooking with fire is a great comfort, it is a lot of work and takes a lot of patience. in the end when a happy client complements your work it makes it feel like a great accomplishment and pushes you to the next step.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having worked in the wedding industry for 10+ years as a Bartender and seeing how it all works it made sense. Why not add my passion of cooking, making BBQ, and serving at amazing events to one and transforming it all in to a business. This is how Rockin' kitchen was born.
Why should our clients choose you?
We believe listening to the client and keeping the best communication is key. Making great food for your guests to enjoy is a by-product of a great relationship with the client, and it all comes together when done right.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Were following all Covid-19 protocols. All of our employees use face masks as well as constant hand washing and sanitizing. we keep all of our areas sanitized and maintain the 6 foot rule at all times.
