I signed up for the Intro to Kettlebell Movements two hour class and was not disappointed. I left out sweating bullets. Now, I am having a ball at Rock Fit kettlebell training. The group sessions are more like one on one, because Rock watches you like a hawk to make sure you have proper form and to ensure all moves are done correctly. All workouts are different and he pushes you to the limit. Thanks to Rock, I am a much stronger senior, and I can swing double kettlebells at the same time. I can also do the clean & press, snatch and Renegade rows. There are other moves that Rock has helped me to execute. Too me, that is awesome. Believe me, you will not regret it. More...

Omg..........I can't believe this Kettlebell class. I have taken several Kettlebell classes in the past, and this one has far exceeded my expectations. I strongly recommend next time there is a free class offered, grab it. You won't be disappointed. I had the pleasure of taking this class across the summer. At the beginning of this journey I was so weak, I couldn't do most of the exercises and was always the last one done. But Rock was there right by my side edging me on telling me not to give up. Six months later I have graduated and can do Snatches, Long Cycles, Turkish Get Ups, Figure 8's, Strict Press, Jerk and Windmills. My strength has increased tremendously and now I can pick up 50 Pound Sandbag, push a very Big Tire and swing 35 pound Kettlebells. In addition, I have lost inches in my waist and my arms and thighs are toning nicely. So, if I can do this anyone can. Join the fun and and let Rockfit transform your body. More...

A good strength and conditioning program to complement your other workout programs. The "Intro to Kettlebell Movements Class" was informative, motivating, and fun. It offered a great way to see if the program would be beneficial. Trainer Rock is oh so very good. Rock's workouts are the best! Always something different and creative, with no frills or gimmicky trends. Just a hardcore workout. Perfect for athletes trying to push their mental toughness. Just finished my first ever work out with Rockfit! It was a very rigorous training. I like it for the full body work out, which is hard to get by just going to the gym. Rock is a very knowledgeable trainer, and he made me feel comfortable while I was still getting the hang of this new workout. Yet, he still encouraged me to give my best effort. I've been going to Rockfit for four months now. I'm achieving great results with both strength and mobility which had faded into my forties. The instructor Rock is very knowledgeable and on the ball. Every workout is different and challenging. The workouts are fun and the hour zips by. Rockfit is also very affordable especially for the expertise your receiving. I've been attending Rockfit for about 4 months. I have seen tremendous results in the short amount of time. I'm stronger, my clothes fit differently and my energy has increased. Each class is different and challenging and Rock challenges me to my full potential, which Is really appreciated. I found Rockfit via a Living Social deal, for a 30 day trial. My trial period has ended but not my relationship with Rockfit. I became a member because after my first session I was hooked. I knew I wanted continue on once the trial was over. Why? The workouts are challenging and not repetitive--different day=different workout. Rock is a great instructor. He watches your form and gives you the instruction you need in order to get the best results and prevent injury. Even though I'm only in my second month, I can feel a difference in my stamina and I feel stronger. I highly recommend Rockfit to anyone who is interested in improving their overall conditioning and strength. More...

Brock is an awesome trainer!  I took a leap of faith and purchased a Groupon that Brock was running. I wasn't sure what to expect for the price that was offered, but I knew that I had nothing to lose, so I decided to give it a try.    From the first time I walked into the studio, I felt at home and knew that I would be sticking around.  Brock knows how to train, he knows how to work around a knee issue that most trainers ignore. He doesn't treat it like an injury that will go away, he works around it and has taught me to work with it.   He is a great motivator, a fantastic trainer and an amazing person!   You will love this training center. The energy, the friendly atmosphere and the encouragement that comes from everyone in this place is what makes it so different than the "big box" gym trainers and staff.   I highly recommend Brock and B-Rock Fitness, you won't be disappointed!! Brock is an absolutely awesome trainer. He knows how to motivate his clients  while challenging his clients to bring out their absolute best. A lot of people out there try to pass themselves off as trainers and tell you a bunch of stuff that's mostly BS. Brock is not like that. He knows what he is talking about and actually knows the science behind fitness and health.In conclusion, I would highly recommend anyone go get some training from Brock. More...

Yes, all of my training is online. I use email, google sheets, zoom, and samcart as ways to deliver my services.

Services

I offer a custom program design based on your goals.

We start with a consultation meeting first in which we cover where you are and where you want to be.

I then build out a program with solutions to any obstacles that you had trouble with in the past.

Then you start training on a weekly basis with support from me. You will log in results each week and give me feedback on how everything is going.

I will then use that information to make any changes needed and to make sure that you are progressing toward your goal.
