I really like their drive thru. There isn't many places that have drive thrus with FRESH food. I get a number 5 which is 2 tacos with homemade fresh tortillas and rice and beans. They will make everything fresh which is nice and you don't have to get out of the car. If you want anything special like tamales you can call ahead so they can have fresh ones made. Ive has these before and they were great especially since they are always fresh. I've never tried their catering but I would assume it's good because I've really enjoyed their food I get. More...

Sooooo yummy!!! We got some food from the drive up the other night and the Asada tacos were amazing!!! The service was also great. My only and this is minor complaint is that the bean and cheese burrito that we got was cold. Not like ice cold but not food warm. We only live about 2 min away. However, when I reheated it the next day it was very good. I like the beans because you can tell they are homemade. Does anyone know if they have a spicer salsa for the tacos? More...

Drive thru was a unique experience. It does take longer than normal fast food chains, but you know you will be getting a freshly cooked meal! Ordered carne asada fries and asada burrito. Fries are awesome, it's legit when they know not to add beans (beans are the bane of my existence). Crisp fries with flavorful meat, salsa and cheese! Definitely will come back. Same with the burrito. Call ahead if you want. They also have different flavors of tamales but for that call 1-1.5 hours ahead. Again, you know it's made fresh. Will make it a point to come back. Traveled around 7 States this week. On my way to Soquia national park stopped there for food. One of the biggest burritos' I 've seen and had. The hamburgers were so good with some great seasoned fries. The menudo was just like home made. Made me feel like I was in mexico. The service the best making you feel like home. I have been driving by this location for weeks and I have been wanting to stop by and try their food. Today I finally got a chance to stop and get some food. OMGZ!! So so so worth the wait! First of all, tthey make your food fresh! No food that has been sitting under a lamp for an hour, but fresh made to order. A HUGE plus for me is that they handmake their tortillas, and you just can't beat the taste of homemade tortillas. I love the steak tacos, fresh ingredients, delicious, well seasoned meat, and to top it off, the red and green salsas. The cheese enchiladas are super cheesy and flavorful, just absolutely delicious. We used Rocio's catering in August of this last year to cater for our 145+ guest wedding it was a vowel renewal at the Elks Lodge in Porterville. The catering that they did it was so awesome and we highly recommend them. My husband and I met with them about a month before the wedding and set up a menu they offered us several choices of meat and several choices and drinks to go with the taco bar option that we chose. The food that they have is absolutely delicious and everything is so flavorful we had a hard time picking from all of the meats they had to offer because they all were so so good. It was the same for the beverages all of their stuff is homemade and top-notch. We originally planned for 100 guests an Elder gave us a good deal per plate that we were very satisfied with he went over every single detail with us and we feel confident as we left our deposit with him to save the date. As we almost approached our wedding day we ended up with way more guests than we thought we would have and Elder was able to accommodate us and we were so thankful. We look forward to doing business with them again if possible for a large event. they were very professional and took care of every detail my husband and I were able to rest easy as they catered served and cleaned up everything for dinner for our guests . We are a big fan of sweet tea and they have a delicious homemade sweet tea that is so unique and different than anyone we've ever tried.  Stop by and try some of their food the el pastor was my husband's favorite!!! Had Rocio's cater a company event and let me tell you this was the best food and outstanding service! We I went with the taquitos (cold and hard but still tasty), tamales (moist and flavorful) and enchiladas (made fresh and so good) and no one was disappointed. We have some rules when it comes to how are company eats and they followed them to the tee. We had sweet tea (amazing) and horchata (I am not a fan, but it was very delicious). Searched Yelp to help find catering for my daughters wedding. Reading through I was hopeful the food would be good but it was so much more than that. We had limited space in the venue so I was very happy that they were able to wait till after the ceremony to set up, didn't want the smell of food to interfere with the ceremony. The set up as super fast and they were ready to serve. The rice was some of the best i have had. The asada was excellent. The cost per person was more than excellent. I had a wonderful experience with Rocio's Catering (RC). They are friendly, calm, professional, and rise to challenges. I had a mixture of guests at my party who kept halal, kosher-style, vegetarian, and vegan; there were food allergies to gluten, dairy, and certain fish; and two of my guests wanted to prepare some food as a gift and have it presented with the caterer's buffet. As if that were all, my preferred menu featured nothing that was one of RC's Mexican specialties. The only reply was: when would you like to come for a tasting of your menu?The tasting was delicious, and RC was able to keep the same quality and flavor scaled up to my party of 100. The tri-tip hit it out of the ballpark, fork tender and with a deep beef flavor. Several of my guests want RC's recipe for baba ganoush. The Moroccan-style carrots were perfectly al dente, and the Israeli salad was chock-full of cucumbers that tasted freshly picked from the garden. I was especially impressed that RC's tahini didn't come from a jar: they started with sesame seeds, which they toasted and ground themselves.There was no need to worry about the quantity of the food: however hungry I thought my guests would be, RC thought they would be hungrier. RC kept note of all the different food restrictions and allergies, and took great care that there would be no cross-contamination either in the kitchen or in the buffet line. Elder and Rocio answered all of my questions courteously, no matter how many times I promised that this was the last question. Torta de Jamon... Simplicity yet executed perfectly to extreme deliciousness.  I don't ever yelp but this was worthy of a yelp. In town from Orange County to visit family. happen be driving in the area with fam. all had different things everything was delicious... tacos de Asada, menudo, asada fries but  what blew me out of the water was the torta de Jamon. My fiance & I, met with Elder & his wife, early September, to sample some of the foods, they have to offer. Upon, meeting with them, both are very friendly, very kind and were also very patient with us, as it was a bit hard to decide what we wanted because all the food we sampled was so Delicious! !! They are very, very afforable and offer the full 9 yards!! I loved that, they have so much to offer!! We were definitely pleased & we booked on the spot!!!! Thanks to rocios catering they saved my sons birthday party. This was an important day for him and we had rios de aguas viva confirmed to cater for us weeks in advanced they cancelled on us at 10 and his party was at 12 we called rocios and they were able to rush over and cater my sons party with only an hour and a half notice. They are very kind and very professional all of the food is great especially the carnitas. As an avid Yelper, I contacted Rocio's based on their single Yelp review knowing it was a bit risky but they had more pictures and reviews on Facebook too which helped. I am so happy I did! Â We had a tasting of the options within 12 hours of contacting them and had a tough time deciding between all the amazing meat options. Rocio's was early to setup and when my mothers funeral was over they were ready for our group of 100+ emotional guests. All the food was served piping hot and quick. Â Everyone LOVED the food!Carnitas (moist and amazing), Carne Asada (real cuts of beef, seasoned and soft!) and pollo, rice (dry and flavorful, not mushy at all), frijoles (from the pot vs decried by my choice, awesome), both the rojo and the verde chile was spicy and fresh (could tell they were not from a jar). Will definitely be using them again in the future, a bunch of our family grabbed a card for their events too! Rocio's catered my Christmas Eve family lunch and every single attendee raved about how delicious everything was!! The tamales,  chili verde, rice, refrained beans, homemade tortillas  (tortilla chips are homemade too! ), salsa and guacamole are wonderful! Pricing is fantastic for the quality of her food, generous portions and customer service.
