Spent the evening with brilliant fiber fiends at Canvas and Chardonnay making a tiny potholder sized wall hanging. The instructors, Leah and Eileen, made me feel as if I were a weaving wonder man even though I surely am not.

Had a great time tonight! Bachelorette gig with my favorite girls and painting at C&C is something I’ve always wanted to do. I was an art major for so many years and yet I stopped painting over 7 years ago. Felt great to do it again! Staff was awesome. My mom and I always have such a great time going to these events! There are so many options instead of just painting, which I love! My mom and I aren’t the most “artistic” people, but we are always offered help and guidance through these projects. Everyone is so welcoming and willing to help even when they have to re-explain steps over and over. They also let you get creative and do your own version. I highly recommend this place. I've gone three times now and can't wait to go again. Once I learn a new painting, I teach my two kids (9 and 7) to do it at home. I'm determined that they not be too afraid to paint well into adulthood like I was. We're having an absolute blast. I love the styles of the paintings too.
