My favorite thing about coaching, counseling, and mentoring is connecting with people and watching them achieve their goals. YOU inspire me!

What inspired you to start your own business?
My passion is helping others become their authentic selves, meet their personal and professional goals, and achieve their dreams. Every journey really does begin with a single step.
I am especially passionate about neurodiverse clients (ADHD and Autism). I want to change the negative message they and others with differences have received their entire lives - that they are not enough. You ARE enough!

My practice is 100% virtual. I can coach anyone, anywhere in English. I also offer virtual counseling to clients located in Colorado and I can accept Aetna, Cigna, and Medicaid medical insurance.

Individual Autistic (ASD) Coaching
This is virtual coaching for autistic individuals (12+) with ASD / autism / Asperger’s located anywhere! Diagnosis, self-diagnosis, suspected, or awaiting testing are all welcome! Additional diagnoses, such as ADHD, OCD, ODD, AD, etc. also welcome.
Individual Neurodiverse (ADHD) Coaching
This is virtual coaching for individuals (12+) with an ADHD diagnosis or who suspect they have ADHD.
Individual Counseling (CO only)
This is virtual mental health counseling for individuals 12+ located in Colorado ONLY.
I can accept credit cards, electronic payments (Zelle, Venmo, PayPal), and Aetna, Cigna, or Medicaid health insurance.
