Roberto is the absolute best. I have been a customer for about 5 years. He has always been on time, fairly priced and beyond professional. Roberto is a one man team because he refuses to risk the integrity of his business with someone who may not have the same pride in their work that he has. I've recommended him to friends and family and not one time has he let us down. I've usually had him come once every 6 months in the past when I was renting and just had him complete cleaning in the house we bought a year ago. I didn't take before photos because there weren't stains but we have a cat and a dog and prefer to be cautious. He uses expensive cleaning supplies and is an all around good guy. A friend referred Roberto to me a couple years back, and she was very adamant that he does a fabulous job. I learned very quickly how correct she was! Roberto is the BEST! He's so genuinely sweet & does an amazing job. I have a puppy, so as you can imagine my carpet has the worst stains! He was able to get every stain completely out & even recommended a good deep cleaning carpet spray I could get to clean myself when my puppy decides to pee on our new freshly cleaned carpet. lol He's amazing with his response time as well & definitely gives the greatest service he can to make sure his clients are fully satisfied. I found this company on Groupon but just called him directly before making a purchase. Roberto responded right away. I needed him to clean a rug in my living room and needed it done that day. He was very nice and said he could come by in 2 hours. He gave me a great price and actually showed up early. He took his time to explain what he was using and gave me some good choices for other products I could use on my floors and carpet. Roberto did a great job on my rug.
