I own a life coaching practice where it is my deepest desire to help move you to a more peaceful, and meaningful place. I draw on my Master's in Clinical Psychology, as a way to help my clients. I am presently completing a second Masters's degree from Skidmore College (all but thesis).

What do you love most about your job?
I love helping you to be all that you can be- it's the best feeling in the world!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I am a leader and self-starter. . .it's difficult for me to work for someone else. I am better just unleashed LOL.
Why should our clients choose you?
During my residency, my retention rate was excellent. I think that my genuine concern for others comes through. I truly want the best for all human beings. I dream of a world without suffering, and although I know suffering is part of life, I think we are very imbalanced these days! We need more self-care, more connection to people who really care, and lots more tools by which to manage this life we have created for ourselves.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Previously, I was working as a behavioral therapist seeing people with intellectual disabilities. I was going into homes before Co-vid 19. We went remote when the pandemic hit.
