Robert Ferris Investigations

I spoke to Robert today regarding my situation. He spent about an hour and 20 minutes with me over the phone. Here are my thoughts:1. He is extremely knowledgeable about his craft. His level of education and professional experiences were undeniable. I asked him a lot of questions regarding technology and he gave me very useful and very technical information to protect myself and my family.2. He is really a good person. Throughout the conversation, I could tell he really wanted to help me. He didn't rush through answering my questions and was very patient with me. He is a very gentle guy.3. He is not "a salesperson." So what I mean by this is that he won't try to take your unfortunate situation(s) and use it to his advantage to try and make a sale for himself. I could tell he was really knowledgeable so I asked him about his rates (which he told me), but offered me more cost effective alternatives instead. If I could give Robert ten stars, I would.  I can't overstate how helpful he was to me.My husband was running a con on me for 10 years with regard to his affair with another woman.  He was really good at hiding it from me.  I couldn't stand the lies and cheating anymore, so I finally hired Robert to find out the truth.Robert is very busy because he is very talented at what he does, but he made time for me in his schedule.  He tracked my husband and his mistress and found out everything I needed to know.  He took fabulous video and gave me a 5 minute video highlights compilation to document his findings.In addition to being an excellent private investigator, he is a wonderful person.  He spent quite a bit of time on the phone consoling me regarding my difficult situation.  I am disabled and therefore stuck with my husband for financial reasons.  My husband has made it clear that he is remaining in relationship with the other woman.  My situation totally sucks, but Robert made it as easy as it could be to deal with the bad news.  In addition, he charged a very reasonable price given what he did for me.If you need a private investigator for any reason at all, Robert is the person you want.  He's fantastic in all respects.  I am forever grateful to him for all he did for me. Overall 5 stars. Really nice, easy, professional with communication and the job done. I wasn't sure he would be able to do the job and in a timely fashion, but he did, and he exceeded my expectations. His cost was way more reasonable than another PI that I had talked to. Robert Ferris is an incredible individual, who also happens to be an incredible private investigator. He is remarkable in his work ethic, passion, knowledge and dedication. He does this all with a big heart and true and sincere compassion and empathy. I hired him to help with a Craigslist Scam involving a used vehicle a friend had purchased. Frankly, I have never used another service, so my review is simply based on my experience and need. Robert was prompt at returning calls, clear about costs, and provided what information he could gather. I didn't have much money to put into the investigation, so my results were not very good. I don't know if there are cheaper services and this is an area that is really hard to do apples-to-apples comparisons without a lost of cash to throw around (to do the same investigation using multiple services).Ultimately, got some info, but I didn't have a lot to provide in the first place, and I didn't have anything to act on in the end. This was my first experience needing a Private Investigator.  I was very impressed after the initial phone call with Robert, and I hired him to serve restraining order papers on a very difficult individual. The individual had been hiding from the police, was facing a criminal assault case, and fled over 400 miles to try and duck and run. The police/detective could not locate the individual.  During the first 15 minutes while talking with Robert, he had already located an address he felt was the correct one for the individual that I needed papers served upon.  This was no simple task, as I had only very limited information to provide Robert, and yet he located the exact place where the individual was hiding.  Robert Ferris put his plan into action and served the individual successfully!  This was not an easy serve, but Robert pulled it off effortlessly and I was so happy and relieved to be able to move forward with the case.  I would highly recommend Robert Ferris if you are seeking a knowledgeable, professional, and excellent Private Investigator!!! Mr. Robert Ferris is such an amazing PI. Extremely professional, diligent and compassionate individual. I Initally hired him to locate my ex's home address, yet I was directed to something I never knew existed. To my surprise, Mr. Ferris uncovered my ex's secret life with another woman. Unf*ck*nbelievable. Ok. The reason for the "Unf*ck*nbelievable?" It's because we were going through a "trial" separation (nope. never married, THANK GOD) but we have a child TOGETHER. So we were being seen by professionals for family/couples therapy during this time!Throughout this ordeal, Mr. Ferris has been very compassionate with his clients and will provide assistance with court case files and his personal testimony if needed. Not only did he find the person *fast* and for a good price, but he also gave me some very useful information which was not directly related to the found person, but very much related to my safety and wellbeing, which he had taken time to research and did not charge me for. Robert was a great help. I called in to ask some information about how private investigations work and he happily gave me lots of information on how it works. Although in the end I found out I didn't need a private investigator to get the information I needed because it requires a different kind of service, he referred me to someone he knew who could help me. I utilized the services of Robert Ferris Investigations to gather Intel for a difficult court proceeding.  Mr. Ferris was diligent in getting the job done in a way where no stone was left unturned.  Where other investigators might have rushed to try and obtain simple results,  Robert did so cautiously to make certain our case was rock solid and fact based.  Without Robert's help our case would definitely not have been so strong.
